Mr. Austin, At the TA in San Antonio, Texas, Is the best Verizon representative? I have ever met in my six years of doing business with you, Verizon people. I watched him help so many people here. And then he turned to me and did several things to this new phone. To help me better use it on the road as a trucker. That no other verizon person would help me with in four different states. No Other Verizon representative would help me. Everyone else just wanted to sell me something that I wasn't interested in.
What the hell!! Even though there was another Bluetooth that I wanted to buy from him, but he was out of them.
He was so courteous and knowledgeable About every item there.
Everyone was trying to tip him Just to thank thank him, but he kept refusing to accept it. Now that's what I call Great service,
For our truckers, And for everyone else out here, That buys your product everyday.
Don't know what else to say, except that man deserves angel wings, and all of our respect,... and a raise 👏.

Gene aka Alex sold me a phone, a Note 10+, and was helpful. However he told me it was 5G compatible... after I got everything transferred from my old phone to the new phone and download all my apps etc... I discovered this is not the 5G model.. not a deal-killer for me because I still love the note 10... Just feel slightly ripped off.

Hard to do business with nobody here. Was told she was coming in at 3pm and she never showed. Thanks for wasting my time.
