Monica is awesome! She responded to all my questions patiently, promptly, and empathetically, and did her very best to help me find sources. I used to have an opposite view on this place, but Monica changed my view. Hope we could have more Monicas here!

Actually they were very very kind to my friend. Unfortunately they were not overly helpful they tried but because of our system their hands were kind of tied. Sarah was extremely nice she listened to our story and even tried to help by writing a letter. We did not have to wait we were meeting with respect.

You will wait for 3 hours on hold and then get randomly hung up on at the end. I'm convinced no one actually works here. They aren't open during the hours they are supposed to. These people are professional paycheck stealers. If Google did not have a minimum one star rating to write reviews, they would have less than a 1.7 rating. You guys are USELESS.

Literally the WORST county ever. No one does their job correctly, causing the clientele to suffer the consequences. No one is ever available and if you ever do get a hold of someone they "don't know" the answer to your question. Beyond frustrating. The state continues to hire incompetent people who cannot do what they are paid to do. Sad.

HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Why do I have to wait 4+ hours every time I call about Calfresh? Low income individuals don’t have that time to spend

Stayed on hold for what felt like a lifetime. Struggled to try to get a hold of a human given their menu options as they would transfer you from robot to robot, very unprofessional.

How am I having to be on hold for my own cal fresh appointment and y’all were expressing to me to call early and almost a hour of having to hear the music being played and the same phases being told to me….

Went in to apply for MediCal and waited an hour just to get an application. Called this morning to reschedule a WIC appt, had to call 4 times and each time, waited 30 min and didn’t even end up speaking to anyone. Seriously understaffed and unprofessional.

Been on the phone for over an hour and still no answer. They just place you on hold with no check in, just annoying music. It seems like I’ll starve before I get any help.
