I was visiting family and wanted a quick haircut. Nobody in town could get me in on short notice so I ventured into Xpert Haircuts. I ended up with Esmeralda. She was absolutely WONDERFUL! She was friendly, courteous and really seemed to care about how I felt about my haircut. She had a natural and comforting way about her. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it with respect to my own hair and style. If I lived here I would make her my permanent hair stylist! I highly recommend her! Thank you soooooo much!!!!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair did!!! Always satisfied customer! It’s nice to go to a place and explain to them what you’re wanting and they get it.

I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Monica yesterday! She promised my hair would look great, and she was 100% right! She did an amazing job on the color, and got rid of all the brassy color and replaced it with a beautiful blonde!

The haircut was just as amazing as the color. She cut it perfectly from a photo I showed her, and her layers were incredible! I was thrilled when I walked out!

I love the friendly environment at this location. They always greet you and give you a reasonable wait time. Christina is my favorite, she took me from brunette to blonde and I absolutely love it! Go see her for a color, she is awesome and has years of experience. Stop by or make an appointment!

Took my twin three year old boys in for haircuts. Dealing with little kids hair cuts is tough and all these gals were patient and kind. I was also super impressed with how they worked together dealing with walk ins and greeting people. The energy was great, they engaged all their clients, and hustled. My boys' cuts were great and we will certainly go back.

They were busy but took each person as if they were the first customer of the day. Very nice and respectful ladies, and it rubbed off onto the customers. My grandson was certainly happy with his haircut and is looking forward to going back.

These girls are amazing! They made me feel so comfortable even when my kids were acting up. They even helped by hanging out with them so i could get my hair done. Im so thankful for them. And my haircut was amazing ! Im never going anywhere else!

When I told Liz I would be losing my hair soon due to chemo, she did all she could to make me feel pampered and special. She took her time giving me a beautiful style. I left feeling like a queen. When shopping for the wig I now wear, I brought pictures of the soft curls Liz gave me and based my choice on matching her beautiful work. I am grateful to Liz for putting joy into my day at a time when kindness means more to me than it ever has.

Great staff in this location. Vanessa does the best razor cuts. Always busy so come in early as they only take walk-in amd no appointments

Had not had a hair cut for four months because of Corona virus. They waited on me in twenty minutes. The cut my hair the way I wanted it . Made look good. I guess you can turn a sow's ear into a silk purse.

I have been to alot of different hair salons in Redding. Typically whichever part of town ill be in I find one to get my haircut. That's until I tried Xpert Cuts by Target. They truly have professional stylists working there. Always friendly and be sure to let you know what kind of wait your looking at if any at all. Most i've ever waited was 10 mnts and it was from the convience of my car. I have had my hair cut by three different stylists and it's always the same excellent results. That is really hard to find, especially in redding. Last few times was Liz, highly reccomend her or any of the stylists at the Xpert cuts by Target.

First they fixed my hair, i with a awesome cut, then a new color, that I really like, and then styled it for me! They are the best, ask for Liz, but there all really great, and consult with each other
