I have been passing through this place and wondering what they are selling, then a friend told me at a get-together that she got goat meat at WinCo.
So I decided to check them out.

Their products are well arranged.
The prices are reasonable.
I found all I needed.

One of the staff at meat section was so helpful, I described what I want, he left what he was doing and took me to where I can find it, "I think I know what you are describing", he brought it out and handed it to me. That was above and beyond. I was happy and grateful because it's my first time at the store, and I was just wandering up and down until he helped.

The checkout queue is not so much, but I wasn't sure if they have a place for people with few items, that would have been a good option for me.

They have a clean parking lot with securities around.

The place is altogether nice.

Deanna was a wonderful checker this morning! She was bright and sunny, even after being at work since before the sun was up! She was such a joy to speak to and checked all of my items quickly. I frequent this Winco, because they always have such great prices, but wonderful staff really adds to the experience. Deanna, I am glad you were filling in for checkers this morning, because you were a highlight to my day. Thank you!

Easy to find things in this store. Lots of parking & staff is nice.

Bakery items have many choices to choose from. That's good!

I like to go at night, as it's less crowded. They are usually stocking shelves at this time, so you'll have to manuever around the large machines... but it's really no problem at all!

Our go-to grocery store. Cheapest produce with the best quality in town. Pricing on everything else is on-par with Walmart, but they don't quite have the selection of their store brand as Walmart.
Bakery is decent and their $5 Sushi Wednesday is pretty good.

Was able to get a free turkey and making soup for the homeless. Feel it’s important to give back to people that need it. We all love, hurt and miss the same way. No matter where we live or what we do or don’t have. Unfortunately most just look at our homeless situation as a burden but don’t take the time to understand with a few poor decisions could be any one of us. Please do one thing kind for someone you have never met that would be amazing if we all did this today. 🦃Happy Thanksgiving🦃gobble gobble🦃

Great deals on vegetables and meats. Good quality and even better price. Definitely my first stop if I'm looking for either of those items. You do need cash or debit though.

I love WinCo and wish they had locations in the bay area near me. 24 hours, cheap, extensive selection, employee owned.

Where else can you get 2.2 lbs of dehydrated sour cream for the apocalypse? Or fresh cashew butter at reasonable prices? Or 50 lbs of "dog food" for $18?

They don't accept credit cards, which is a little bit of a bummer, but they do accept debit, so be prepared.

This Winco is clean and well stocked. Their prices are the lowest and quality is high! I’ve met nice, friendly people there every time I’ve shopped.

Inexpensive market, employee owned, has reasonably priced bulk foods and small ahi tuna pieces that are sushi quality. Freshly made grab and go sandwiches and a good deli. Employees are friendly and very helpful. Can get busy though. Best times I've found is early morning.

I came to the store late in the evening when they were trying to restock all the shelves. It gets very busy in there with all the inventory laid out in the aisles and forklifts running around everywhere and workers stocking shelves everywhere but they made enough room for the customers to get around without too much difficulty. In the past I haven't shopped much at WinCo, but I am starting to enjoy their prices seeing as everybody else seems to be going inflation crazy.

I would also add that shopping there is a lot less stressful than shopping at Walmart.

Wide selection of produce and food goods, generally the best price, with many store brand generic options that taste the same or even better (coffee creamer, mayo) than name brand at great prices. I also really enjoy their seasonal selection.

Wanted to applaud "Be" for her prompt assistance at self checkout.
She explained what we had done wrong...then pointed out we still had items in our cart. We informed her that was a separate order. I was a bit embarrassed by her corrections...but thanked her. We are very aware of the community standards of theft in our area. I'd like to believe she wasn't accusing us....but just being extremely good at her job!

Always the best prices on produce, meat, seafood and dairy. They have great selection of their store brand products that are just as good as the name brand products. The people are courteous, the store is clean and efficient. This is my favorite, and my husband loves their fried chicken.

They have the best prices for bulk foods in Redding, especially grains and seeds. Their bakery is fantastic as well, and they have a lot of great, bulk products for cheap.

The store can get insanely busy at peak hours, but for the most part, foot traffic is manageable. The staff do a great job of keeping things picked up and clean. They are very speedy at the checkout lanes and it's always easy in, easy out. Unlike Costco, there is rarely an issue with parking spots filling up with lazy peoples carts. The staff seems to do a good job of rounding up carts and keeping them rounded up.

Have shipped here for years you can't beet there prices on most of there items there's,a,few that they stick it to you but this is a very fine grocery store one of the best in the north state

The prices were excellent, shopping was a breeze, considering it was end of day and they were just getting items out to restock - the shelves were still well stocked and the cashier was quick and friendly.
The parking lot had questionable people, but this is Redding, and it was 10pm 😅

I'm disabled I bought 475. Worth of food and ken helped me by bagging 16 bags of groceries thanks ken

My favorite grocery store in town. The the bulk section and the prices.

They have the best of everything at the lowest prices around. A little longer to drive but the savings are tremendous.
