We have had a positive experience with the service department. They are very knowledgeable and professional.
We just bought a lightly used Fifth wheel from them and it was a very positive experience. Jessie was knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy when we went to look at what they had new. Shawn at their used lot was great. Not pushy, knowledgeable and a fellow camper. Really made the whole process easy and stress free. Loved the finance lady. Highly recommend Camping World in Anderson.

What a wonderful experience buying our first trailer. Allen was wonderful as well as Sean in sales helping us find the right trailer for us. Once we found the right trailer Hank was amazing explaining to me how everything worked. My truck needed some upgrades. Brian was great in the service department. Brian set my truck and trailer up with the right towing package. Macie was such a help taking me around the store to get everything we needed for our trailer. Then Stacy in the office was wonderful getting all of the paperwork done to finalize our sale. What a blessing the whole team was. Thank you Camping World. God bless you all.

I can't say enough about the amazing service I got from the parts Department. The gentlemen All pitched in to help find the part I needed. They really took their time with me and was very patient. It's a very clean store. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need any parts or service.

We were traveling home in our RV from Arizona to Washington And found a huge screw in our tire of the motorhome. Manager we went to camping world to see if they could fix it and Shawn the manager helped us by taking an hour on the phone, calling around to find someplace that carried the size of tire we needed. There were none in immediate area, so he sent one of his employees two hours away to Fairfield to pick up the tire and bring it back to get it installed. And coordinated getting us with All Wheel Tire to have it mounted. He went way above and beyond to help us get this coordinated and fixed same day for someone he didn’t even know and did not charge us for any of his coordination efforts. We are so appreciative for everything he did for us. This is an amazing place who cares about people. I would recommend this business to anyone. The entire staff there was very helpful to us and we appreciate them immensely.

Shad and Staci helped my buy a motorcycle and the experience was awesome. Shad is a really nice guy who was very knowledgeable and got me a good deal. He helped me get an insurance quote from Good Guys Insurance and I saved a lot of money.

I finished the paperwork with Staci and she was very friendly and did a great job explaining the process and all of the benefits that came with my purchase.

I would absolutely make another purchase here in the future.

I had the best experience with purchasing a new travel trailer here. I was in need of a trailer urgently when I called camping world sales department on a Saturday at noon. They are the only place that has a service department open on Saturday which is absolutely necessary if you need to make a same day purchase. Jason in sales and Stacey in finance went above and beyond for me and my family! They handled every detail from financing to full inspection of the trailer before I arrived. We drove 3 hours to get there and when we arrived we were greeted with hugs and a smooth transaction and tour of the entire trailer. I cannot say enough good things about the care provided to my family by Jason and Stacey. We live in Sonoma county and we’re looking for a trailer for a few weeks and camping world crushed my area on pricing! The smoothness of the entire purchase process showed us what a well oiled experienced machine camping world is! All the places we went had the worst “used car salesman” vibe but Jason and Stacy never once made us feel that way! I’m so grateful to them.

Good selection of RV and camping supplies. Sales and service too. Was busy for a Sunday. Seemed short staffed, didn't get anyone to help us. We left empty handed. The lot of RVs looked full. Good selection of trailers. I would guess the place gets pretty busy in the summer time. It looked as if the service desk was very busy even for November.

Bought a 2022 Keystone Springdale from Sean and he was great. Stayed within our budget, didn't feel overly "salesy", and delivered for us. Also thankful for the sales manager giving a tip on my credit which raised it over 20 points in less than a week.

This is the most amazing experience we have ever had with the sale of an RV! From the salesman Sean to the sales manager Shane. They bent over backwards to give us the exact deal we wanted! We bought the 2022 Dutchman Atas and it is beautiful! We will be smiling for a very long time! Thank you Camping World for the best possible experience!

While we did not end up purchasing our trailer here, Dakota was very helpful in our search. She regularly checked in via email, text and phone and looked outside the area for us. She was attentive without being overbearing. We enjoyed her friendly, low-pressure contact.

We recently purchased a used travel trailer. Sean Green was great to work with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us to try and find the right trailer to meet our needs. I came into camping world here in Anderson CA. and I was lucky enough to get set up sales associate Alex D. He's super professional, actually listened to exactly what I wanted in a 5th wheel floorplan, in my price range. Alex called me as soon as one came in and I came down to check it out and I was sold instantly. He did the searching for me, and nailed it. I would recommend asking for Alex if you're looking for a trailer at Anderson Camping World. Thanks again Alex!

When it was time for the financial side of things, I was set up with financial manager Staci R. and she was also very professional and super informative. She could clear up any confusion or questions I had. (First time buying something new for me). She actually worked after hours to push the paperwork through, to where I could take my new 5th wheel home. I really appreciate your time Staci, thanks again!

My husband and I were first time RV buyers and had the best experience at Camping World Anderson! Eric was the exact person you hope for when going to a sales facility. He was so knowledgeable, kind and did not place any pressure at us while we were making our decision. We had thought we knew the exact RV we would be buying after looking online but ended up picking something Eric found that was so perfect for us. The entire team at Camping World made everything so incredibly easy and it was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. We highly recommend going here.

We’ve been on the road for over two weeks. Used wipers for the first time on our rig and they failed. Luckily, the rain wasn’t heavy while driving. Spoke to Brittney Green from the road (I-5 in the mountains) at Camping World - Anderson/Redding and was able to see us in 9/20 so we could get home. They didn’t have the part but did a temp fix. She even sent an email w/ pictures on to our Service Advisor in Vegas.

Our cats are traveling with us and Britney and the rest of the CW staff were ok with them waiting inside with us. A little bit of pet therapy.

I have one word for this place AMAZING the staff is wonderful the most nicest and helpful people I’ve ever came across there customer service is a solid 11/10. They have nice high quality trailers and for first time buyers they will walk you through the whole process from how the trailer works to having a 1 on 1 walk around there store of everything you’ll need. I live in Pasadena CA and am moving to Redding CA to attend Bethel Church in a couple of months. I will be living in a camper trailer—a totally new way of life for me. With Camping World of Redding, I picked the right place to buy my trailer. They made me a great deal. I appreciate so much the spirit of the "folks" at this dealership and the deal they put together. I first worked with Sean Green, the sales rep, who is very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and wants and made the right deal for me. Then Shane ParkerParker, who is also very friendly and knowledgeable, stepped in to complete the financing. Shane was super in working out a monthly payment I can live with, including an extended warranty, even throwing some extras into the warranty price. They were also willing to hold the trailer several months for me until I can get to Redding (I provide insurance, of course). Being a newbie with all this, Sean Green agreed to deliver the trailer and set it up for me. They also have a store for purchasing the items needed to set up the trailer. In all this, they are overnighting the paperwork my way so I can sign at a Camping World near me. Everything together made this an incredible, customized-to-fit-my-needs deal. I couldn't ask for more. Camping World of Redding has gone above and beyond. I'm really glad it worked out to do my trailer deal with them...I feel well taken care of. Thank yous go to Sean Green and Shane Parker for making me a happy, satisfied customer.
