Very helpful staff. Said hi when I walked in. Asked if I needed help. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable on the product. Clean store and very well stocked.

Excellent curbside service. Friendly staff. Didn't have what my wife needed but she was able to order for next day curbside pickup. Went perfect. Fair price too. Great shop.

New to Redding but not to The Vitamin Shoppe. I came in needing a multivitamin and Lori and Winterhawk gave me so much valuable information about how to maximize my health and performance! I've been working out for years but they schooled me on stuff I had somehow never heard of before! They have tons of super affordable varieties of anything you can think of. We talked about the pros and cons of all the different products and how they interact with one another. I appreciate them going out of their way to help me find the perfect supplements. They even told me about the local gyms in the area. I'm very grateful to have this Vitamin Shoppe and the knowledgeable employees here in Redding, CA.
