Jack in the Box

Super quick compared to the usual 15 minute wait at other locations. Might have been a 5 to 7 minutes wait; for Jack that's quick. I love the Jumbo Jack with Cheese no Onion. By far my favorite burger. When they have someone that understands tacos the tacos are amazing! I'm also a fan of the egg roll. I wish I owned my own Jack in the Box.

~~ the kids taking the order ignored doing what I ordered.. literally all of I never said what I wanted in my friends. (Bizarre) I asked for this kinda garlic aoili on 🍟 Nope.. ignored it Lol he was young but I had to ask for a straw also.. Come On 🤷‍♀ Lol.. to delish to be mad😉

Overall, it was very nice .was annoyed with the cashier being a sauce cop. Meaning she didn't want to give us more than one . I even offered to pay

Always good plus the drive thru is open 24 hours they have the best shakes

The drive through is usual place but I've been treated nicely in the lobby as well very happy to see they promoted the drive through guy he is most definitely deserving way to go back in the box

The best place to get cheap milkshakes after wisdom teeth surgery. The icecream was very good.

The drive thru can take some time, sometimes. Most of the time it's pretty quick. Great food in a pinch. Love me some Jack in the Box.

Drive through order was decently quick and accurate. Can use their app before getting to the drive-through, which earns loyalty points.

I stepped in & only 3 people in the lobby, took me longer to place order, than get my food 2go, I did notice place was in need of a good sweeping, many misc. Items on the floor. Service was nice & quick, they were unable to change my $100 bill? I barely had exact change, cost was $16.80, I had $16.76, manager excepted it being short.

Two nights ago I went through the drive-through and received less than fresh food. This kind of thing happens from time to time. The reason for my 5 star review is how Abby, the manager, handled it. I called in to explain what happened and she was very professional and accommodating. She invited me to return to get my meal replaced with fresh food. In addition, her team member was also concerned and seemed adamantly concerned with the quality of their food. This type of service cannot be taught. It requires good people, doing a good job. This is an example of great people doing a great job.

Love that this place is open 24/7. Food is good. But, Jack in the Box (this one) is Really in need of better service/employees. Very LONG WAIT in drive-thru ALWAYS. SLOW SERVICE, TAKES FOREVER TO GET FOOD, THE SLOWEST DRIVE-THRU EVER, LONG LINES & HATE THE WAIT...

Updating this to 5 stars: Service was incredibly busy and staff is clearly trying their best to make the customers happy with what they can. I felt like a jerk asking the frantic person that delivering the food to remake my food as it has gotten pretty rained on and handed to another car. Even while clearly incredibly busy and probably not having the best of days, they still remade it without hesitation. That kind of resolution is rare and the people working here deserve some props. From a chef in the industry, I would hire any of the employees that I witnessed working there

The food was hot and delicious like always.

Our Family has been here just a couple weeks. Its extremely quiet. Friendly people all around us. Pets are welcome and even have a little doggie run. Maintenance men and Lady at Front Counter very helpful and polite. Highly recommenced.

I have been going to Jack In The box for the last 59 years. I have always loved their food my favorite is their hamburgers and tacos. I have never been disappointed the employees have always been friendly courteous greet you with a smile. They're the best 💖🥰

Love their tacos 🌮 and their curly fries 🍟. We usually go through the drive up, very seldom do we go inside.
