My wife and I decided to go to more local stores vs Amazon. We went to buy Christmas gifts for Veterans. We first stopped at Pennys in the mall. When we walked in we was met by the store manager Rick. What great service , we will start supporting the store as we all should. He
made the experience very pleasant.

I can always find what I need here. The employees are very helpful, and the prices are reasonable. Please don't underestimate this store as I have in the past.

Tiffany was our cashier and she was amazing. Look for her in Jrs. Men's or women's. The store has what we needed.

The best it's looked in a few years!
Clean and organized. Sales people everywhere. And they were friendly and helpful.

It was cheaper to order it online then going into the store very pleased thank you

Not too crowded. Was able to find most of what I needed. Hard to deal with the fact that dressingroom in the intimate apparel section was closed.

This is the only place in town I can find my plus size their prices are a little high but they have what I need their services well it's okay it's not bad but it's not good either.
They really need to clean the place up though all the old carpet and paint it's very outdated.

It has about the same selection as Macy's but the sales people are really friendly. There were two older ladies at the front who directed us to the Disney store who were just dolls! I will shop here first from now on.

Pennys always seem to have spetacular sales whenever I walk in the door. This time 50 percent of the pink sticker store wide. 3 dollar dress shirt etc.....

9.23. Told theft prevention office to open next WK. Good thing, watched person load up back pack full and arm load. Another sit on floor and swap out shoes and go.

I had a complicated return (ordered online and received the package at home with the correct invoice…but totally the wrong items lol) and they took care of it like they have done it a million times.
No stress, no fuss, no muss.

Went to Hair Salon for 8 Oct 2020, SO HAPPY! I had Britanya and she is an absolute genius! I had a bad cut/color and she took time to listen, helped me with colors and I have my hair back! She did an amazing job! Base color is a beautiful warm brown color with some serious popping red highlights, cut is perfect! Her personality is upbeat, warm and comfortable. I cannot say enough about her! The salon was welcoming, with a great staff. I will be coming back, as I found a True Stylist and hair guru! Highly recommend!!!

After having recently moved back to Redding was pleasantly surprised by the updates, looks very streamlined, and modern, nice change. Pretty good men's department, sure beats Macy's, and pretty modern designs. Lacked much Liz Claiborne, (looking for Christmas gifts), but happy to see the change. We will return here, that's for sure😊

I can usually find very good deals here. They have a pretty good clearance section!

I went in to exchange a few shirts, I did not have my receipt. I just wanted a different size. Valerie, was helping me. She went above and beyond, to help me. It was totally my fault for not having my receipt, she was patient and very helpful.

I was assisted by the Assistant Manager, and despite being overworked on Valentine's Day, she was still able to assist all the last minute jewelry shoppers, and even intercept a shoplifter!

I drive 40 miles from Red Bluff because this is the only store I can get clothes for me of great quality.
I can also purchase high quality everything else, bed and bath, kitchen appliances, shoes. All with very reasonable prices.
This is pretty much a one stop shop.
Keep the quality and great staff.

We need this store to keep going. I am tired of my favorite stores closing and Malls because everyone is becoming to lazy to go shopping.
If you only buy stuff online it is going to destroy our country. I have had to buy things online because the stores that used to carry the items are now closed.
As always this is my personal opinion.

I like when they have a big sale, I always trying to find the best offer for bed sets like comforter, bed sheets etc.
