Hermosa Cafe

We’re in town to ski at Purgatory and were looking for a place to have breakfast/brunch on our rest day. So happy we found Hermosa Cafe! The atmosphere brought us in first…down to earth and unique. Then, we had their coffee, quiches, and scones. Did not disappoint! Their coffees were by far the best. Highly recommend the El Sueño latte.

Love this place! It is beautifully eclectic with a super kind staff. I’m a big fan of their gluten free scones, muffins, and of course the toast and coffee! Love the blueberry pistachio and the goldmine. The goldmine alone is filling enough but if you get the blueberry pistachio, I’d recommend getting another one to try (gluten free bread is a smidge smaller). Also, the El Sueño coffee is great if you love spicy coffee! Chefs kiss.

Homey coffee shop with coffee drinks, baked goods, quiches, beer and cocktails and more. Ample seating and board games. Drinks and foods are tasty.

Great little coffee shop on Main Street in Durango. The food is delicious! Coffee is perfect - not bitter at all. Super smooth. Service is amazing. The staff genuinely looks happy to be working there!

Honestly the most consistent coffee in the Durango and all the food I’ve had there is excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Altogether a great experience.

Great coffee shop! Wonderful selection of pastries and cakes that are made on premise and are very delicious, including gluten free. Very nice atmosphere. Service is a little slow due to space and employee count.....but so worth it.

Fantastic quiche. Pumpkin chai latte is not my norm but I tried my wife’s- I’m having that tomorrow!

I love this place so much, my favorite place in town. Such a great place to come and relax for a few hours and hang out with friends. The coffee and baked goods are so good, and they have a great bar. Highly recommend this spot if you are near Durango!

Great coffee and baked goods. Quiche is my go to breakfast when I have an early flight. Chocolate chip cookie warmed is my recommendation! Also adult beverages

Came here for coffee & a quick bite before catching the train. The green chili quiche was so yummy! I was looking for recommendations for a unique coffee drink and Court, our barrista, said the best drink was not on the menu, but was for me to let him make me a surprise drink. I don’t know what was I. It, but it was so delicious. I love this kind of service! Court make this experience great! Loved the rustic ambience too.

Delicious avocado toast and blueberry goat cheese toast, as well as the lavender matcha and the rose latte. Would highly recommend for breakfast/brunch!

Very cool and unusual place. Staff was great! Coffee was good! Cream sodas were good as well! CLEAN BATHROOMS!!!!!

Loved this place! Great coffee, fresh & very tasty quiche & cinny rolls. Lots of seating & clean bathroom. Also, the service was amazing which is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I love this place , I was floored by how warming, welcoming, & beautiful this cafe is. Love the decor little bathroom humor! Lol and the matcha green tea 🍵 actually tastes healthy.. 😂. I love this cafe 🥰😍.

The atmosphere is wonderful, great coffee shop with the most delicious menu. Best quiche ever along with delicious scones and muffins. Some were even gluten free and no one would have known the difference!

Good coffee drinks and pastries. The big surprise was the new toast menu. Had one on buttery toast with mustard, ham gruyere and a soft egg. It was delicious, my only complaint is my kids ate almost all of it because they loved it too

Great place to have a nice coffee at. Everyone is so friendly and kind, I always come back. The Carmel Frappe is delicious and would recommend the cupcakes! sure the prices are expensive but it's worth it!. I recommend this place for sure and I bet you'll have a great visit like I did.

Holy moly the chai tea latte is AMAZING! Great little spot with sandwiches, toast, scones, muffins .. will definitely try a cinnamon roll next time!
