Royal Gorge Mansion

Had high tea at the mansion. Good tea. Best scones with the various toppings. The little sandwiches are good, I liked the smoked salmon.

I went for tea and lunch. I didn't book the tour so unclear on the actual name. It was nice though. Wish I could've stayed for the tour. Maybe next time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable

A Very beautiful place to go and see. Love the architecture and landscaping as well. Beautiful fountain in the front lawn, and gazebo was beautiful as well. It was a cold day, but I really enjoyed taking the pictures..

Absolutely gorgeous home! The Christmas decor was perfect, the staff was welcoming and the history of the home was very interesting. We are already planning a visit during the spring.

When we reserved our spot, there were no vegan options. I was the only vegan in the bunch, so i just planned on not eating. But the chef went out of her way to feed me and it was amazing. The rest of my party raved about their food and the tea was wonderful. The Mansion was beautiful and our server, gracious, kind, and helpful. If you like tea rooms, I thoroughly recommend the Royal Gorge Mansion.

OOF! This place is AMAZING. I will dream about the day I get to go back. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food and tea was fantastic. The scones and desserts were to die for. It’s a little bit of a mistake to come here immediately after riding the train because we were already so full from breakfast. If you are coming to visit I would recommend making it a 3 day visit. One for the train, one for the mansion, and one for the bridge. If you must do two days try to do it on one of the days in which you can take the train at 9am and go to the mansion at 3pm, then do the bridge on the second day. If you only have one day I’d 100% recommend the train and the mansion or the bridge and the mansion.
A bit of a side story: I accidentally left my leftovers by the gazebo while I was taking pictures when we arrived at the Airbnb and realized we had no leftovers WE WENT BACK. Unfortunately, the leftovers were gone (probably in the trash) but that’s how bad we wanted those leftovers. That’s how good it was.

I had the opportunity to be on location hairstylist for a bride. Not only is the staff helpful, they are friendly and fun in their knowledge of this fascinating mansion. The upkeep is on point in every detail. There is a lot of pride reflected in this happy, buzzing, magnificent piece of history. I really hope to have the opportunity to work there again and again.

A fabulous experience! The mansion is absolutely beautiful and the food is super tasty! It was so much fun to get dressed up for an afternoon tea! Will definitely go again!

Really helpful manager and photographer team. Beautiful elegant quiet setting with big trees and river trail and Rio Grande rail station nearby. Ornately carved stairways, gold inlaid ceilings, crystal chandeliers and grand dining and sitting rooms take you back to a time of family traditions and togetherness.

We just had our daughter's wedding yesterday at the Robison Mansion. The staff were more than outstanding with their support. They did everything to make our wedding a success. Thank you Maretta and all that were involved. I am anticipating some nice photographs to remember our day. I will recommend using the Robison Mansion for a wedding/reception site to others.
