Bunk House Burgers

What a fantastic burger at Bunk House Burgers. I can’t recommend this place enough. Small operation, huge flavor. Wasn’t that busy around 1:30. Pulled in, ordered it dine in, and the food was at our table in less than 10 minutes. The fries were great and let me say the burger was the best I’ve had in a while. Loved the flavors of soda as well. If you’re hungry in Cañon City you better stop by Bunk House Burgers. You won’t regret it.

We were on our way to Colorado Springs and our hotel hostess told us about this best place in town for burgers.
Boy did it not disappoint. The service was quick, burgers were on point and the price was very reasonable, considering all beef is grass fed and literally comes from their farm couple minutes outside the town. So yummy… will definitely be back for more

Wonderful restaurant, Had a great 5 star experience. This is a local hamburger joint, As I was reading Signs and posters and awards on the walls This is a pure gem for this town. They have also newspaper clippings and stories about the history of the bunk House burger which was very fascinating. I was also fascinated to learn that they used colorado beef, I love food that is made and produced locally. After eating this burger I felt really good. I didn't feel "weighted" down. So I knew the food quality was very good. The chips are homemade. I'm travelling from afar, I wish I could spend more time exploring their menu. Great place to stop. Friendly people, fast service, very professional staff.

Cool little burger joint. Can get crowded quickly so keep that in mind. Burger was delicious and the fries were delicious. They gave a great selection of non-mainstream sodas as well. Get the milkshake!

Stopped by to try the burgers here before heading back to Pueblo. Saw all the good reviews so we wanted to try it out for ourselves. Boy oh boy this place did not disappoint. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the employees with smiles and hello’s. And the food was quick, and very delicious and satisfying. We got the caballero burgers. One on a brioche bun, the other on a pretzel bun. Both were delicious. We also got onion strips, french fries and a small order of house made chips. Again all 3 were great. Lemonade was good to. Portion sizes are very good. 👏🏼👍

Stopped in for some burgers after driving in from the Springs. Great service and fantastic food!

Plenty of options for anyone who wants to enjoy a burger. Definitely a better choice than any of the other fast food options in Canon City.

The Potato Posts (french fries) are the best of both worlds between steak fries and regular french fries. Ours were super crispy and delicious.

Small location, so seating may be an issue. Other than that, we will definitely return.

Oh my god. Oh. my. god. This was one of the best burgers of my entire life, and I'm sitting in my living room in Denver thinking about it over a week later. Genuine Colorado beef that was cooked perfectly and is beyond fresh. I ordered my burger on a soft and delicious pretzel bun, and had a side of fried cheese curds that were out of this world.

I cannot properly express how great this place is. Every other burger place in Denver WISHES they were Bunk House Burgers down in Cañon City. This is the real deal, folks. This is real local beef served with the best condiment combos you could ask for.

Great staff, friendly atmosphere, and eye-catching local art on the walls. 5 stars all around, and we'll definitely be coming back next time we're in the area. Cheers!

I LOVE this burger joint!! Yum yum yum! The service is great, fast, friendly and accurate orders. The food is out of this world good. I probably eat here twice a week and am never disappointed. I have a dumb gluten allergy and they have a great gluten free bread. I’ve never had any cross contamination. Best burgers I’ve ever had!

My wife has talked to me about how much she loves the burgers and fries here. I went in and the staff was amazingly friendly, and the food was just as she said. I loved it too!!! Can't wait to go back

I came in with my dad today and had the GREATEST BURGER in Canon City. The lady who takes your order has a magnificent smile and is so accommodating. I also work in the service industry and I was taking notes. Such a lovely lady! I will be back for sure. Thanks guys.

This place was fantastic! It has been a while since I've had a good burger. These bugers tasted homemade, with a choice of 1/4, 1,3, & 1/2 lb burgers. A dozen different burger options, and a choice of bun. The menu was expansive and the fountain drink were homemade through a fountain. The fries and onion rings had a really good flavor. There is an an alternative menu for chicken lovers and kids too. The price was affordable! If your driving by this is a must stop burger joint!

Pretty cool build your own burger joint. They cook the burgers fresh per order and the food comes out pretty quick and tasted really good.

Best burger around! The soda is real sugar soda! Tastes so much better than high fructose corn syrup soda! Was referred by a friend, and NOT disappointed! I ordered the cowboy up, my husband ordered the calibero. Pass on the broom sticks, get regular onion rings. But overall great!!

Their burger was impressive. They put grill green pepper and cream cheese in it and I never had this before. Onion ring is normal. However, I have no idea why their drink is neither Coke nor Pepsi, the brand ”Real Suger” is really not my thing😭

Walked in thinking it was a regular hole in the wall burger restaurant. Boy was I wrong. You can customize your burger even down the the type of bun, fresh veggies on your burger, interesting style of fries, unique and tasty variety of soft drinks. Really enjoyed!!

This is a gem. They use local colorado beef, staff is very friendly, great prices, onion rings are delicious, burgers are amazing, malts, shakes, funnel cake fries! i could go on . Pretty much a perfect burger place. If you are in canyon eat here!

Wow!! This place was awesome!! Grass fed local beef, plus any topping you can think of. Burgers were excellent- not greasy, and delicious! Service was A+, super fast and friendly. We waited maybe 6-8 minutes. Family of 5, we ate for $43. Definitely stop by, it’s fast casual dining at its best!

LOVED this place! Food was absolutely delicious. Burgers, fries and shakes were amazing, I got the Caballero burger. Fries were so good, not your regular french fries. Prices were good and service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Really good burger stop, it's very tiny and easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Just a small local business, and they are POPULAR. But once you eat here you will understand why. Good food and it comes out quick, even with the lines, we had our food ordered and on our table in under 15 minutes which is impressive to say the least.

Very yummy burgers for sure. We would stop by again if in the area.
