the ginger boy that works the drive threw is the best employee they have, he is always very kind and gets my food out fast as heckin and they never mess up my order either. all the way down to the substitutions i feel safe to not even check the bag before i leave. he’s also pretty handsome he needs a raise for sure. i come here all the time and they’re honestly my favorite fast food establishment in town. thankyouuuu x

Fast friendly service! Food was very fresh.

They have the coke machine where you are able to get surge and a few variations of surge. I have been here many times recently and I will give the staff a positive review. As with all food there has been a little variety in quality, but I've been satisfied a lot more than I've been disappointed.

This Burger King is amazing the amount of changes that have happened in the past couple of months is great so clean. The staff is friendly and really enjoy their jobs. The manager Tabitha is always helpful and friendly and always smiling. The fits is hot fresh and made correctly I will definitely come back here because they make you feel welcome like they want you there. Wonderful place!

This BK has made major improvements in the last couple of months staff is friendly food is freshly made and hot taste great. Restaurant is clean, food is also fast just all around much improvement and I eat there once a week and have had no problems at any time. Fast food is not an easy job people always complaining about little things and being extremely rude for no reason. You guys keep up the great work and don't let people get to you they don't have any idea what you deal with on a daily basis you guys are doing a great job.

Had the $5.00 deal whopper Jr fries, chicken nuggets and coke. Too expensive to eat at other restaurants now. Nice they have something more affordable and good. Very satisfied.

Let's be honest, I think its funny how these bad reviews don't take in the consideration about how fast food works, The amount of effort it takes to make customers happy, and the amount of work it takes to accurately get orders out. If any of you actually were considerate-let alone act like a decent human being, then everyone's lives would be so much better. Burger King staff- keep doing the best that you can cause you have people that believe in you and love your food. You made my experiences memorable! Thank you!...

Today is 4/16/23 i came in 8pm and a guy from the back was trying to work the register. Initially i started off irritated but he quickly deescalated me. This guy needs a raise.

It was 1981, as a foreign student at Abbey School I often ate at this place . I could not speak any English when I first arrived. Been back a few times to eat here whenever I visit Abbey for student reunion. Staffs were very kind when I shared my history with the place. Felt like the man in the movie forever young. Thank you!!

Fast service and great food, employee's super kind and a smile on their faces

We come here sometimes. The wait for food inside is okay, the food is okay. Love the original chicken and that's one of the main reasons I come here. The other is the double cheeseburger combo, and the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant combo...my favorites...❤🤗❤

Hello to the Business Owners, Local Managers, and Regional Managers of the BurgerKing restaurant here in Canon City
I am a medical Provider and have a good sense of how the way anyone, esspecially heathcare, has changed how they are meeting the needs of their patients. With our focusing on meeting our customers needs, we are often short staffed, overtired (exhausted really), and it may not seem important to lots of people out there but, to me, being able to stop for hot, delicious food, delivered to me after a very short wait (I am sure mine today was less that 4 minutes from order to hot food in my hands), by a very pleasant counter cashier who asked if he could get anything else for me is a bright light at the end of a tunnel of a serious sense of impending disaster. I am exhausted today, worried about COVID, my family, my grandchildren, and as typical for Nurses and Nurse Oractitioners, we often are so busy we don't have time to eat when we have so many folks who depend on us to give them the proper care we know they deserve. Several of us on staff at the clinic today wouldn't have eaten anything all day if another co-worker, one who knows how hectic it gets, hadn't brought in a bunch of breakfast sandwhiches early this morning.
By the time I got out a little past the end of my shift, I was really very hungry, angry, and tired. The lines at the drive thru were 5 cars deep. I was driving an oversized vehicle so couldn't fit under the canopy for drive thru so I went to the front door of the Burger King restaurant which was locked. I had not taken a full step away when the Manager came to the door, made sure I was wearing a mask, and allowed me to enter the lobby to give my order. As we entered, she told me that she had become short staffed suddenly and didnt want have to make anyone wait too long so thought she should close the lobby. I told her how grateful I was that she let me in since my oversized camper would not fit under the drive-thru awnings. She said "I am constantly assessing the customer load and adjusting team roles to get all our customers what they need the way they want it." Not only did I get my food order done right, it came quickly and was just perfect. I think they should get some kudos for working their team so well, Thank you and the best thing I can think of to say, the ultimate compliment is to say ........I will definitely be back!!!!!

I love this burger King my whopper with bacon and cheese was fresh and hot. My jalapeño bites were also hot and fresh, I went inside to eat and the staff was friendly and fast and the dining room was clean. I will definitely be going back.

I felt so bad for the employees. The building was so hot, and they had to wear masks. You could tell it was really affecting them. They had a hard time getting our super simple order straight. I think it was lack of oxygen. They couldn't even come up with simple words to carry on a relationship conversation. It was so sad.

Painfully Understaffed.

However, the young man working the drive-thru, the counter and filling orders should be paid double. Nobody should be asked to do what he's having to do.

He earned my five stars.

It's good as burger joints go but it's a national conglomerate so they are supposed to be at least decent although I must say for cheap dollar burgers it was amazing worked for me and kept me going and my guys when I go back to canyon might hit em up again

So, I had breakfast and lunch here and spent less than 10 dollars. The place was in tip top shape to include the restrooms. I enjoyed the computerized soda dispenser and had a Mellow Yellow. The brix level on the soda was appropriate. For breakfast my sausage biscuits were tasty and for lunch I had a burger and fries. I had to let the fries cool down prior to eating them. This location gets a bad rap from the locals but they really took things up a notch for my normal fast food encounters. Great Job!
