Fantastic place to take the family. Kind of pricey admission but a lot of clean and well maintained attractions come with it. We were advised to enjoy the gondolas first in case the wind picked up. Once across the gorge you have access to the theater and play ground and can walk the bridge as well. I recommend doing all the attractions. We had our little with us but the zip line looked amazing. We spent 2 hours here. Could have spent an hour more.

Spring Break in Texas schools comes much earlier than most places, so my family & I enjoyed the benefits of an off season visit. No lines, no waiting & the ability to soak up all the untouched natural beauty of this magnificent park. We even got 1/2 price tickets for visiting late in the afternoon which was incredible.

The ride coming here is very scenic and memorable. The view is very beautiful and incredible. The long on the bridge is very scenic and all of the state flags. The zip lining was great and it’s a good way of seeing all of it. Location and parking is easy to find.

We drove out to the Royal Gorge from Colorado Springs, about an hour drive. The drive and scenery were awesome. We enjoyed the Royal Gorge. We rode the gondola across and then walked back across the bridge. Very nice, well worth the $30 each.

Just spent an absolutely wonderful day at the Gorge. It is so much more than a bridge and worth every penny. The staff were so helpful and polite. We visited the restaurant/cafe located by the gondola and enjoyed both the food and hot drinks. We could and would have stayed longer but rain and wind stopped play. Thanks to all the staff for making everyone's day a memorable one.

Definitely glad we made the trip here. Breathtaking views. The whole park was very well laid out. We took a ride on the gondola. Definitely suggest it as you can get some amazing photos. Also DONT look down between the boards on the bridge 😅

Well worth the cost of the pass. Make sure to get a pic with your states flag while on the bridge!

This was a highlight of my entire (first) Colorado trip.

The views are amazing. Not only in the Royal Gorge, but the entire 360 view around you is stunning. If you are in the area, you need to sit aside around an hour to make a stop here. It’s something you won’t regret.

I've had the opportunity to visit several times, but this time of year was my favorite (September). The weather was perfect, not hot/cold nor too windy, and it was not crowded. We actually got to ride the gondolas this time, and it was superb. Everything from the views, bridge, and educational video made it a great family experience. So, regardless of the time of year, I hope you make time to visit and don't forget your comfy shoes.

The Royal Gorge Bridge and the surrounding park is such an amazing sight to check out if you are in the Southern Colorado area. The royal gorge is such a beautiful and jaw dropping natural wonder. The sheer vertical drop into the river below is amazing. You can see the Sagre de Cristo mountain range in the background. If you drive down the road a bit you get another beautiful view of the royal gorge. The gondola ride over the gorge is a must do. The bridge is quite spectacular too. Its amazing they built a walking bridge across that stretch. They have some cool features once you walk across the bridge and some amazing views as well.

Great experience, the general entry is around $25 bucks, they offer military discount. Great view. You can add other recreative activities, (you paid extra for them).

It truly was an awesome experience walking across this beautiful and gorgeous bride, high above the Arkansas River. Buying a general admission ticket also gives you access to ride the Gondola.

Had a great time! Amazing scenery all around. I had a hard time walking across the bridge because I am afraid of heights, but I made it! We saw bighorn sheep and elk. Didn't take the gondola but I've heard it is awesome. Definitely worth a stop!

We spent the night in Canon City and was able to arrive at Royal Gorge Bridge and Park Just as it was opening for the Day. We quickly purchased our tickets and proceeded to walk across the Bridge. Seeing and hearing the river almost 1,000 feet below was amazing. As you walk across the bridge each states flag is displayed and I had to stop and get a picture with the Virginia Flag (my home state). The views from the bridge are spectacular and in almost every direction. As we approached the south side of the bridge, we saw a several big horn sheep scampering around on the rock. Our ticket included a gondola ride across the gorge which afforded us a spectacular view of the Bridge and gorge. Because we arrived early there were no lines and we were able to enjoy the Bridge and the other attractions at our leisure. Several people in our group did the Sky coaster thing and the zip line. They all said they were totally amazing. All the employees that we encountered were polite, Professional and went out of their way to be helpful. Like most attractions the concessions prices are inflated. $3.00 for a Bottle of water is in line with most other attractions. All total we spent almost two hours here and had a most enjoyable experience.

The Royal George is one of my favorite places in Colorado and it’s near to home. I like to visit it at least once a year. They are having this lights event for the holidays in November and December. It’s amazing and enjoyable.

An awesome experience! The bridge was a little scary to cross but well worth it. A quick tip that I wish we knew: the bridge opens at 9am but the gondola doesn’t start until 10. So get there at 9:50 and take the gondola across first and walk the bridge back because then everything is downhill walking wise. Also buy tickets online in advance to save $2 per person.

Amazing experience if you're from out of town! Crazy beautiful, crazy heights and the Gondolas are pretty cool. Everything else was closed due to season, so make sure you are aware when going.
