Palace Drug Store

Very friendly and efficient. Very fast, no long lines to wait in. I moved all my Rx here from other big box pharmacies. They don’t have a drive through, but they will deliver in town.

Best people out there! I would highly recommend them for all your needs.

Amazing! I can see why everyone in Canon likes Palace. They were fast and than they first quoted me for a compound. Way more personable than Walgreens. They just need to work on not blurting out what your meds are for😂

The staff are ALL amazing and wonderful historically but right now I’m dealing with a really pain in the butt situation trying to get a prescription refilled by my wife’s PCP, and the staff at Palace has been nothing but helpful, patient, and even going above and beyond to try and do what they could on their end. Special thanks to Crystal and another one of the staff (wish I’d gotten her name too) for helping me out. 🥺 Meant so much.

We were out of town visiting our daughter here in canon and became sick. They worked well with our doctor from home to get what we needed filled. From the phone service to check first if could fill it, to our doctor being so appreciative of service with pharmacist to picking it up. Superb service. Our daughter will now be using your pharmacy instead of the ones who “do not care!” Thanks for making our need easy and pleasant

This happened a couple months ago, I went to Walgreens to pick up my granddad's prescription. They said give us 2 hours. We get there and they said about another 45 minutes. We finally get it. It was in a sealed bottle. Was not opened to count or anything. They pulled it off the shelf. So this time we went to Palace Pharmacy, about 15 minutes later we had 3 prescriptions filled and out the door!

Everyone at Palace are always so friendly!! I never have to wait for my medication, the pharmacists answer any questions I might have and never rush, but take time to make sure I understand. They are truly caring people that give great customer service!

I have found my new pharmacy! I went in today to drop off a script to be filled for the first time. I was shocked when the lady said "Give me 5 or 10 minutes and I will have it out for you." It takes other local pharmacies that long just to find the already filled prescription in their disorganized mess. In the few minutes it took for them to fill it, I walked around looking. They have some obscure products that most other pharmacies don't carry. Everyone was kind and greeted me. I love the small hometown feel of it. I will be taking any and all of my family's scripts here from now on.

It's a full service pharmacy!! That I love and only one employee who has been short and on the verge of being rude everytime I have spoken with her. No matter what the subject is but specially when I had narcotic perscriptions . This lady acted like I had done something wrong by trying to get it filled. I hope she is in the same situation where she needs to fill a narcotic perscription and whom ever she speaks with treats her the same way she has treated me twice now. But otherwise I do love being able to use such a full service pharmacy that really appreciates their customers. 6-26-18 I truly love you guys. William you work so hard for us and truly care about all of your patients. I love having a real Pharmacy especially with the guys who delivers long after the last hour. I guess I should take back what I said about the growly lady. Now that I've been a customer for almost 3 yrs now she's one of the first ones to step up and help me out. Either with my regular prescriptions or the narcotics. You can not ask for a better pharmacy or nicer people. As long as I'm close to Canon City this is the ONLY place I'm using!!.

The Friendliest Drugstore I've been to in Years! I switched from a Walgreens Drugstore that was busy, ALWAYS behind and would snap at you if you questioned Anything. Palace Drugstore is Twice as busy, But... They are quite efficient and Very Friendly they will know you by name by the 2nd or 3rd visit. I would give them 10 Stars if I could!

Friendly staff that actually cares and goes above and beyond to help their customers! If sometimes is wrong, they do whatever they can to make it right and in a timely matter!

This place is wonderful! but not conveinent, so to fit into my schedule I am forced to go to another rx in another town that will deliver my families meds to our rural medical clinic.
