Express Laundry

For years, I would drive an hour or more, depending on weather and traffic, to go to this particular Laurdry Mat. Because I could always do all of my laundry at the same time. All the ladies that worked there were wonderful! Five years ago this December, I had to have my left leg amputated. Which didn't mean a whole lot at first with how I did things and how I would go places. I would still bring my laundry down there. Then, as medications took their toll on me, I had to stop driving down to Canon City altogether. (I live in Westcliffe.) I still send down a special high-quality blanket I use every winter. To be dry cleaned. The manager has been very kind to hold on to the cleaned blanket until someone could pick it up. One summer, I forgot it was there. I panicked in the fall when I wanted it for my bed! I called there, and yes, it was still there, just waiting for me to have someone pick it up for me.
I highly recommend this place. Especially if you have large loads and big families! The place is always clean and well kept. The bathroom is always clean and is in order. That is huge for me because of my medical issues. If ever I start driving down to Canon City again, they will see me and my laundry come through their doors again.

Great little laundromat right on the highway in Canon City. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and the machines worked pretty well and for a great price. $6.25 for the largest and $4.25 for the next size down. Still a bit pricey for laundry but an amazing deal compared to Salida laundromats $12.00 machines of the same size! It's worth the drive over for me.

Staying at Haggards Campground, we went to Pueblo first to wash clothes they were all more expensive, dirty, staff unfriendly. This laundry mat or much better. More than one coin exchange, otger customers are friendly, staff friendly, much more clean, less expensive. We will be coming here from now on. Highly recommended.

Kelly who works here is awesome! She's very friendly and helpful. And she does an amazing job with keeping the place cleaned up! I went in late and she wasn't put out a bit and let me do my laundry even though she hadn't had anyone in for like an hour and a half! Thanks! Nothing has changed except for the year!

Went back the recently after a long hiatus for dry cleaning. The season for not continuing business in the past was rude treatment by one of the key employees and a horribly shrunken Irish wool sweater due to washing instead of dry cleaning as I asked for. Owner was great and paid for its replacement. Well, went back there recently with no little trepidation and found that employee was gone and the owner took great care of me and my dry cleaning. So pleasant compared to before! I understand the dry cleaning people that washed my sweater has been replaced. Look forward to a long relationship with express laundry's dry cleaning service. Lastly, the owner gave me a reference to a seamstress to repair some moth damage to a couple of my sweaters and she proved to be wonderful too.

love the ladies that work there, there's even a tailor. I would go back just to talk to them. Great work, great prices.

Been going there over 10 years.. Clean washers,clean lint filters.. MOST of the customers are respectful of the machines.. PLEASE STOP SLAMMING,LEANING ON DOORS OF MACHINES, AND OVERLOADING THE MACHINES.. HAPPY MACHINES MAKE HAPPY LAUNDROMAT..😁😁😁😁😘😘😘😘

Best laundromat I've ever been in they have some of the biggest washers and dryers I've ever seen and I give them five stars beautiful for being a laundromat and very affordable That's all folks

Nice, clean laundromat. I stopped in here as the Airbnb I was staying at didn't have a washer or dryer. The customers at this laundromat were most helpful showing me how to work the machines. The staff person was also helpful and polite. While waiting for my clothes to wash, I walked a couple blocks to purchase a cup of coffee.

My favorite laundry mat in town. There is several to choose from, but this one is centrally located and offers a variety of sizes for washing and drying needs. I have a big family so when I have a washer/dryer break down I don't hesitate to take my laundry there, with them offering a giant washer for $7 usually fits it all. Then the giant dryer allows me to dry that large load at once instead of breaking it up into two or three. They offer rewards system for frequent users and even mobile pay at the machines if you don't have the cash.

We were on our spring camping trip with little time to spare. When I called Express Laundry, Kim answered the phone. She was super friendly and very helpful. Our laundry was done perfectly within just half a day! Kim went out of her way to ensure that we could get back on the road as fast as possible. We highly recommend their service to any one passing through or living in Canon City! The facility is clean, plenty of great machines, which will allow you to do the job yourself without standing in line if you have the time. Thank you for your help, Kim!

5 stars for the friendly staff. Washer worked fine. Dryers... Not so much. Had one large load, split it in 3 to shorten the time I'd be there. Ended up spending $1.75 for each load to dry and still had damp clothes I ended up hanging.

Express house incredible service and kindness and Kim is a rockstar. A genuinely fantastic person with a heart of gold. And I didn't know until today they handle dry cleaning. I thought we were going to have to go to Colorado Springs or something.

Always very clean, always very friendly, Kim is a down-to-earth, kind lady, and her staff is always there to help and be of good company, especially Shona!

On our way to visit the Royal Gorge, we dropped off laundry at "Express Laundry." The woman (I regret not getting her name) was INCREDIBLY KIND. Extremely helpful, and very kind. We asked for a lunch suggestion and she highly recommended Pizza Madness. We are so glad that she did!! It was phenomenal. But what was best was her help and 5 star service. I am so thankful I found her info when searching for a laundromat. She truly saved the day and help us get our toddler's blanket back in working order! Hell hath no fury like a toddler without her blanket. :)

Very clean, seems like a really nice laundry mat and the owners are really nice and keep it nice and clean, cheap washers too and a lot of options only thing is the washers don't dry my clothes good at all and a washer broke when I was there last time.

Came to this laundry mat today and my son had left his phone here, so I came in and asked if they could look at cameras for us cause obviously it was taken..the laundry attendant was very rude to me when I asked when all she had to say is she had to get ahold of their security guy to look...I come here every week and spend at least 15$, never again..sad thing is she knows me and still treated me horribly..this is not the only time these ladies have been rude, you can't even ask for change without getting an attitude. Well they found the phone and the old lady tossed it on the counter, wow😢...thank God for a tracking system on phones...btw it had nothing to do keeping track of our phones, it's how I was treated, and you don't throw someone's phone on the counter, thank you for replying to me but you should talk to your employees about how they treat people there.

Love that my wash takes 28 minutes, and I can use payrange for them. Never have to worry about pulling out cash just use debit card.

Kim was extremely helpful and kind. She went out of her way to help us in the midst of a chaotic week. Thank y’all so much!
