AT&T Store

I had a tablet and a new cell phone that needed set up and old phone reset to factory settings. Trish Flippen was very helpful and knowledgeable and got everything working perfectly. She was pleasant and patient. She had other customers while I was there and helped them with whatever needs they had with the same expert knowledge and friendly attitude. One customer had questions about an unexpected rate change after a change in service. She went back into the records and was able to trace all changes and reasons for them. The customer left very happy with her service if not thrilled with the higher than he expected rate. He understood the reason for it and was impressed with her through investigation of the reasons. Even though she was the only employee in the store at the time, she never seemed impatient or rushed through and service.

Adam was very professional and patient. He made sure that I understood all of my options. Customer service here is a priority and I appreciate that. Everyone is dressed professionally, they greet you when you enter and if you have to wait you are acknowledged and doesn't always happen at a phone store. So good job AT & T in Canon City. I highly recommend!

Got set up with 5 lines. No hassle they worked with us and made sure we got what we wanted/needed. Staff was curiosity and went the extra mile to get things done.

Would say 14 day trial period is half of everyone else... they should extend that. ATT's Corp customer services (the call in) is not that great either the lack the intelligence or not that great of people. When you get connected to India it's just brutal.

Adam and Angel were supper helpful and professional! Definitely made my visit an enjoyable experience and even set up my new watch. Couldn't recommend this store more:)

Hailey was so knowledgeable and helpful when swapping my Samsung for an iPhone. She made the process so smooth and easy. Definitely recommending this place to everyone!!

Helped me order a replacement phone. Super helpful. Went in again today with a friend that had done something to her phone. It just would not work correctly. She was super thankful the lady working was able to help her get her phone back to working normally!!! A line of people came in after us. We felt badly for the lady working she was by her self. The other customers were stating to get impatient when we left.

Wonderful service, expert advice, very clean and comfortable atmosphere, plenty of parking. This must be one of their best stores in the country.

The young lady(Hailey) was sooo helpful and knowledgeable about transferring my old info to new phone!... I was sooo worried and she put me at easy and did it smoothly and efficiently! Sooo grateful 😀💚🌿

Ellie who works here gives the best customer service! When I came in she promptly greeted me with a smile and was able to set me up an extra line on my account! Thanks for the great service its refreshing compared to everywhere else anymore. Keep her around!
