Bush & Gilles Furniture

Bought a bed here today. Decent price, decent delivery, and better than decent people. Assuming the rest of the process goes well, I will be happy buying from a local company with a history; the fact that the transaction looks to be a good value is a plus.

All new furniture is overpriced as far as I am concerned, however B&G has some of the most competitively priced furniture on the market. They offered a very reasonable rate for delivery but I was able to haul in my own truck so I didn't take advantage of that. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have purchased from both the RI e Lake and Ladysmith locations with simar experiences.

We went to 6 different mattress stores around Rice Lake. Bush & Gilles was our first stop, and after looking at a lot of mattresses, we bought a really nice twin mattress from them on our final stop 🙂 Salesman was very patient and kind. Gave us a good price. Bush and Gilles delivered the mattress the next day, delivery people were very professional. Great value for the price. Will be back🙂

Wendy is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good experience here. Have been in three time and have bought different items. They carry very good products if your looking for quality. Also if you have kids or grandkids you know how they are in a furniture store and they are super kid friendly. Will be back to see Wendy again!

The Rice Lake store and the Spooner store have both been phenomenal in their customer service. They were very helpful and accommodating while we shopped for a lift chair for our mother. It was also helpful that they had a large selection to choose from. Thank you Bush & Gilles!

Great experience! Wendy was wonderful to work with. I love that you’re able to take the furniture home the same day rather than having to wait weeks for delivery. Definitely will be making this my main shop for future furniture purchases.

This is a nice store they're very nice people that run it and I appreciate that they did not have what I was looking for but I was treated with respect and will be back.
