Great dentist with a great team. They did a crown on one of my front teeth over 4 years ago and I am still very happy with it. Dr. Sam is truly a great guy and does honest work. Always thorough exams and they take the time to explain my dental needs without over-selling products. Very friendly staff and I always look forward to my visit.

Everyone is so kind and helpful, and they put you at ease. They always listen to any concerns and work with me to have personable and excellent care. Everyone seems very knowledgeable, authentic and trustworthy. I have always loved coming here and felt I have received the best quality care!

I have been going to Dr. Sam and Denver West Dental for roughly 25 years.

The care and professionalism of the front desk, hygienists and Dr. Sam is second to none. Anytime that someone asks for a Dentist referral I always pass along Denver West Dental.

Having been involved in many organizations in my life I have a good gauge of the climate and atmosphere of companies when I am there. The people there truly love their job and it shows.

I once broke a tooth on Sunday and Dr. Sam made a special trip to the office to take care of me. He is an extremely skilled dentist who explains exactly what he is doing and puts your mind at ease during any procedure.

Truly five stars all around.

Dr Sam and his assistant Yanna (sp?) are absolutely amazing. I just had the absolute best time getting some composite bonding done on a decalcified tooth. I thought he did too good of a job and made it look too “Hollywood” initially, and he happily made the tooth shape how I wanted it upon me asking. Great experience. I’ve been coming here for 5 years.

The team at Denver West Dental is amazing! It had been a while since I had been to the dentist. Started with them in 2018. I've had several cleanings, clear correct braces, teeth whitening and all I can say is 5-STARS! Do yourself a favor and check them out. Every single person there is great! My results are perfect!

I have been seen Dr Kawakami and Dr. Jeff for 12 years. I am satisfied with them.

Have been going there for at least 5 years - no problems. My hygienist Jody is excellent. In addition, I had a filling replaced the other day and the next day it felt like no work was done at all except the pain I was feeling when biting down. The bite match was perfect!

Dr Kawakami and his staff are all highly skilled, professional, and friendly. Every appointment is a pleasant experience nad I've never waited mare than a couple minutes in the waiting room. I moved away from Golden for work and I still drive across town to see them.

I have gone there for years. Dr. Kawakami is a compassionate and caring doctor, skilled and knowledgeable. The staff is very helpful and laid back. Easy to get in and schedule. They provide a full spectrum of services and accept dental insurance.

I have never felt anxious about seeing my Dentist because of the care I have received from Dr."Sam" over the years. This is as professional and as caring as Dentistry is supposed to be. No worries here!

I was going somewhere else and started to suspect they weren't really doing a great job. One time with Dr. Sam (and team) confirmed that and I've been happy since. They really know what they're doing AND they're not trying to sell you stuff you don't need.

Our family has been cared for by Dr. Sam for 15 years and we have always been happy with the staff and dental care we have received.

I was thrilled when we first found this dental office. They seemed polite & professional. As the months went on, my husband and I realized that the dental hygienist, although a lovely lady, was not even close to being thorough. She seemed to clean with no apparent order or method. My teeth never felt as they should afterward. The analysis by the dentist afterward was cursory and lacking any helpful information. This became apparent when my new dentist found gum issues, more tartar than usual and infected gums in some areas. I even have a tooth that needs a root canal… and it has only been about approximately 4 months since my last cleaning/exam. I wanted to like this Denver West Dental Office but the truth is they are not as thorough as I would want.

Not a good dentist. The hygienists do a fairly good job but that’s where the good ends. Dr. Kawakami doesn’t even do the bare minimum for his patients. Needed to remind him every time to perform an oral cancer exam, barely looked at my teeth every time. When I had a problem with canker sores he wasn’t even familiar with any medication that could help, and the medicine I had previously used and didn’t even think it was for dental problems (even though it has dental paste in the name). I don’t even want to know how he would handle a real problem. Wish I could give a 0/5 stars for the dirty and terrible practice.

I went in for an 8am Clear Correct consult. I was really looking forward to learning more about Clear Correct! But because I was not willing to provide my personal information including my ss#, address, DOB until after I learned whether the product was the right solution for me they canceled my consult appt right on the spot, I never got the consult. I drove all the way over to this place and they wasted my time and gas. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I will be filing a complaint with Clear Correct. FYI, You aren’t entitled to my personal data until after a service has been provided. A free consult is a sales pitch and you just lost a potential customer.

Worst dentist I have been to. Misdiagnosed my tooth problem twice. When I finally got a second opinion my tooth finally started to feel better
