Still love rainbow! Still have some stylish cute and inexpensively priced clothing for women and children also they have a plus size section with most of the same or alike clothing as the other women's sizes! They always have clearance or sale racks with a variety of stuff as low as $3+tax super cute one pieces , jeans, cargos , sweatsuits , underwear , shoes , make up , perfume , tights , knee highs , and more ! And also they now have a kids section! All in all I'd recommend at least stopping in I bet you'd find something you want or need !

Store hours are not correct, they told me due to short staffing. So, plan for 11-7 weekdays. the website is not updated. Can still find some good stuff on a budget though

Poor customer service

I Love Rainbow! But this location is terrible. Walked up the two girls was closing store said she would be back in a hour. 1.5 hours later, still not back at store people are sitting and waiting. Plus why both would go on lunch at the same time never heard of this. Well never come back will stick to going to ones in Aurora.

Cute and cheap clothes. As for the employees, they are unprofessional, disrespectful and rude! Bought a couple dresses and needed to exchange them for different sizes but didn't have the receipt. (All their clothes have security clips that have to be removed when purchased) both dresses still had the tags and never worn and I was being treated as if I had stole them because I didn't have the receipt! I was told they needed the specific date of purchase to look up the receipt in their system, which I was able to give them, then said I needed to tell them what else was purchased on that receipt to be able to do anything, just to be told they couldn't actually exchange them because they apparently smelled like smoke. Then walking out was asked by another employee if I had paid for the dresses in my hand (which I had just tried exchanging). Will never go back! I know others who also had similar experiences and won't go back either! Terrible employees and customer service!! They don't deserve any kind of stars whatsoever

Went in this last Sunday around 3pm and found a couple items to buy. At the counter the cashier looked at me like i just interrupted her s#@t sandwich an she was annoyed. My total was approximately 45/50 bucks. I tried to hand her a 100$bill and she looked at it then looked at me and said " i dont have change for that". I said ok where can i get change close by? She said "I dont know but i cant change it". Wow really 3pm on a Sunday and you dont have 50$ bucks change to make a sale? Ok so i left the items there and went over to forever21 to spend my cash. Management, what is the goal here?? To send customers away? Real professional.

Went into this store and was just looking around. I was the only one in the store and I was looking at a keychain, I held onto it because I thought about buying it but then set it down somewhere because I decided not to get it and left. The keychain had a security tag on it so if I had taken it out he alarm would’ve gone off. When I left the lady working had the nerve to ask me where the keychain was as if I had stolen it. Like excuse me? Why would I waste my time stealing a $4 keychain. I thought it was very rude for her to just assume I had stolen the keychain instead of looking to see if I had left it somewhere first. Do better next week time. You just looked dumb sis.

Your employees are some serious trash here! I’ve been in here twice and both times was treated very poorly. Either they need to be fired or held accountable for their actions and attitudes.

I swear this is the worst rainbow store location theres 4 in the metro area and this one is by far the worst with the worst most terrible employees I'll never be back at this rainbow store
