AT&T Store

This AT&T store is one of the best I’ve been to! Everyone is friendly and welcoming and eager to give assistance for whatever problem you might be facing. Got me and my husband new phones and prefer AT&T over any carrier, connection and reliability wise. The location is great too, that whole area is secluded enough for the business not being super overloaded especially on weekdays. Highly recommend!

I have been to a handful of AT&T stores here in Denver, where we live and also in Florida, But Serenity at this location was the only person who was able to explain what’s going on with my phone plans. She explained the different options for our additional phones that we keep for emergency back up and gave me contact information for my other issues. Not only was she very courteous, but actually extremely knowledgeable about their product and their services. Actually, knowing what you’re selling is a rare thing these days.

Ryan Waters is the best! I had a “screw up” when I bought my phone elsewhere. He took a personal interest in helping me, spent a lot of time figuring it out, and now, finally, resolved the problem! Can not express how thankful I am!

Seema made my entire experience stress free. She answered all my questions and even took the time to talk me through her favorite accessories.

My experiences with Ryan, the store manager was above and beyond all expectations. His knowledge, and personality and kind demeanor were on point. I will recommend this location and Ryan, specifically, to any and everyone. 5 stars!!!!

Received absolutely phenomenal customer service from this place of business. Purchased a new phone and was not able to transfer the information from my old phone to the new phone, due to a problem with the old phone. The first company I worked with was not able to figure out the problem and showed little interest to attempt to help me. George, an exceptional employee from this company was Extremely Professional, Respectful, Friendly, Honest, Knowledgeable, Patient, Thoughtful, Selfless and stayed with it, as he communicated with the Apple techs to diagnose and correct the problem. He spent 7 hours with me and Apple, over the course of a few days, as he worked through the challenge, all while not making any commission, as customers continued to come in, while maintaining an amazing attitude. The store manager was also very caring and supportive of George helping me for the duration, understanding I bought the new phone and couldn’t use it until the problem was corrected. Thank you for hiring and maintaining this great employee and please compensate him in some positive way for his Superior and Absolute Amazing and Incredible Service. Also like most places they appeared to be short staffed, but noticed the Manager leading and managing his team professionally and respectively, while the they worked professionally, respectfully and cohesively, as they each maintained positive and great attitudes, while taking phenomenal care of each customer. Actually, I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received and can in good conscious wholeheartedly recommend this company and George for all of your cellular needs.

We were in the Denver West store yesterday to set up a new line for my husband. We are so pleased with how it turned out! Chris helped us and did a great job. He listened to our needs and helped us find the right solution. He made sure that our questions were answered and that everything was setup properly before we left the store. Wonderful experience. Ryan was spectacularly knowledgeable and helpful, and he was very personable.

George made our phone buying experience great! Seriously, we were dreading our upgrade and jokingly compared it to buying new car (because usually it’s that miserable). But George made it easy. He was so friendly, helpful but mostly importantly knowledgeable. He actually seemed to like his job… which never seems to happen anymore. He was fabulous! Highly recommend!!!

James is professional and courteous. He followed through with multiple timely callbacks, and helped me resolve my concerns. I wish him luck in the management position, it can't be easy! Thanks to Ethan for getting the ball rolling. Yay team!

Not your typical AT&T store! New store, incredible design. Interactive displays and specialize Apple and Samsung “shops” to make shopping easy and exciting. This store carries accessories and devices that you can’t find at other AT&T stores.

Jonathan who helped me get the s23 Ultra was very helpful and great to work with. It was quick + easy and we enjoyed fun conversations. Thank you!

Dennis Collins the store manager and Zach (I can’t remember his last name) did a great job helping us. We upgraded three phones and Dennis and Zach did a great job insuring that everything from our old phones transferred over well. They walked us through each step and when we ran into an issue with a software update, Zach volunteered to do it for us while we went and ran a couple of errands.

In all, it was a great experience in the store. I will definitely be back to this store the next time I need to upgrade my phone.

TL;DR - Ron is amazing.

My girlfriend I have been trying to get her Consumer Cellular number transferred over to AT&T for about a week now. We went to another AT&T location and they could not figure it out after spending over an hour there (although they gave me some credit on my next bill which was nice). They referred us to the port department at AT&T, who transferred us to sales, where a super nice lady helped me for about two hours before realizing that I'd have to go back to another AT&T (corporate this time) store. She told me to try this location because because it was an actual corporate store owned by AT&T. Good call sales lady (no pun intended, and I'm sorry I forgot your name :-) ).

The guy who helped us at this location, Ron, was awesome. He listened carefully as we explained why we were in the store and, after hearing our story and how long we'd been struggling, got right to work helping us and never tried to sell us anything (which I really appreciate). He proceeded to try everything he knew to try from his 14 years of experience with AT&T, and when none of it worked he patiently waited with us for nearly two hours on the phone while we did a conference call with Consumer Cellular and AT&T. The whole time we had a pleasant conversation and he made us feel at ease. Eventually the two awesome ladies from the phone carriers' help lines and Ron were able to work their cellular magic to save my girlfriend's number she's had for 12+ years and get it transferred over to AT&T.

Everyone who helped us over the last couple of days did a great job, but the real hero for us is Ron at this AT&T store. Remember these people receive commission for their sales, and he never once tried to push anything on us. He patiently helped us and kept us from being bored for two hours knowing that he probably wouldn't make anything off of our visit. Thanks so much dude, you rock! If anyone needs to buy something from an AT&T store, please go see this guy, he deserves your business!

Good customer service! Tried to turn in my old cell phone after transferring my info to the new phone, but Golden store was temporary closed for that weekend. Drove up the road to the Lakewood store by Red Robin. Easy & quick to turn in my old phone.
