Got a new special edition in store and ordered the pervious book through this store. The process was really smooth, Luke was really attentive when taking my information and checking me out.

Catherine helped us out in three different areas of the store. In the Horror Section, at Customer Service with a pre-order and at the cash register as well. She had a great attitude and was enthusiastically invested in assisting us with our purchases. She informed us of how to become a member and accurately took my information down. She is an asset to Barnes for sure! We left smiling!

I went in for help with my Nook. The staff were very accommodating. I also enjoyed a treat at the coffee bar while waiting for the Nook battery to charge...the blueberry scone was yummy!

A very well stocked B&N. Clearly someone cares about the graphic novel and manga sections, as they are well curated. The Fantasy/SciFi section is also well stocked with good older books and new releases, a good balance.

Barnes and Noble is always a good time.

Today in particular felt like posting because we felt super seen and taken care of by the staff at this location- lots of help and recommendations offered. Which is always lovely!

Thanks for helping my son find a new book series in the kid section! (And for helping mom find a bunch of new space books she didn’t really NEED but really WANTED LOL)

Always has a great selection and has an amazing rewards program. I always feel welcomed when I enter and (more often than not) find a new book.

I am a magazine person and this Barnes & Noble seems to have better stock and control over their magazines compared to others

This Barnes and Noble location always has more than what I anticipated. A lot of times you can find anything you want on their website, however, this place has most of that in store as well. I always love to stop in when I'm in the neighborhood. Clean store, associates are professional and friendly and lest I forget to mention it once more, they have most everything you could want when it comes to books. The plethora of inventory which includes everything from magazines to calendars to toys, pens, collectibles and much more. This place is definitely worth the time to stop in if you get the chance.

I love that you can get any type of book that you want to read from this store. I usually go in for 1 or 2 books and seem to always come out with 4 or 5 books.
The employees are great at making recommendations for you

for a geek this place is amazing! They have the books, comics, mangas, and action figures, and the toys! This place may not have everything I may want but with the amount of about 10 sections of books,comics,manga I think this place WILL be in my top 10 favorite. I just got this manga today and it's the best

They had the paperback book I was looking for, an associate took me to the spot and I brought 4 of them. Very happy with experience, The paperbacks were 40% less than the Kindle version. Barns and Noble glad you are here.

I was looking for a hard copy of Barbara Kingsolver‘s demon copperhead, which is quite hard to find at the moment because it’s between printing’s. I looked everywhere at the store, but didn’t see it, so I asked the staff member. She was very very helpful, calling other stores to try to find a copy for me because my grandson’s birthday is tomorrow and that’s for whom I wanted to buy it.

I just walked out of this store. Every time I come here the employees are super duper sweet. They go above and beyond! Working at a small store, the stocking of books and on shelves is incredibly beautiful and the hard work and dedication put into that store is uncanny. I have always loved reading and walking into the store only improves that. Everything is organized and easy to find. I absolutely adore this store. Keep up the good work! To everyone working at this location, I say thankyou! Best book store in the state! ❤

Greatest bookstore in town with amazing staff!!

I ordered a book and called about a week after the order to check on its arrival. Susanna answered the phone. She said it had arrived but could not locate it so she ordered another to make sure I got the book. I received an email a couple days later saying my order was ready for pickup. When I got to the store the person at the counter said it was not there. He clearly had no idea what to do. I asked what my options were and his response was, "I'm as confused as you.", luckily, Susanna overheard the conversation and remembered talking to me on the phone. She immediately apologized and said she would find out what happened and call me. She called me the next day, had the book, told me to be sure to ask for her as she was keeping the book in her office until I could get there to pick it up. When I arrived, she had the book for me. She apologized again.

We all know things do not always go as planned. When that happens the difference maker is the one who is willing to take responsibility and fix it. Susanna did not cause the mix up but she did find a way to take responsibility, fix it, and did so with a great attitude! Thank you, Susanna! Customer service lives on!

Always love it here. People are friendly, it's always clean and they either have what you're looking for or can get it.
