Steven, along with every other technician at Fix-It 24/7, was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, polite and respectful. I totally understood everything he explained about my furnace and he had videos and pictures to back up his descriptions. This is the best company in Denver. I use them for everything and every person they’ve sent have been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome job Steven!

Best Service Ever. Rico came out with his crew. Very Professional. They were in my home for 10 hours replacing some 22 yr old water heaters. They got everything done at exactly the same price as the bid. My wife smelled gas 1 day after the job. Called out to Fix-it 24/7 and Rico and his crew were there within 120 minutes. They found and fixed the problem. Love Fix-It 24/7. They are literally there for you 24(7) - If you have a problem at 2am, call Fix-It 24/7, they will come out immediately and they know what they are doing.

BTW - when I had my initial problem on Friday at 7 pm, I tried to stop the leak with duct tape, to no avail. I called two of my regular plumbers, both said they could not come out until Monday. I called Fix-It 24/7 and they had a plumber out to my place 2 hours later. He gave the bandAid, that stopped the leak. That fixed the problem until Rico could come out on Monday (72 hours later) to remedy the entire situation.

These guys are all Pros, and they all show up when needed.

Michael saved the day! We were in the middle of a home improvement project that was not going well. He came in and immediately knew how to fix the issue with our plumbing and vanity. He explained things in a calm and kind manner without making us feel bad for how we had botched the project!

He and his apprentice, Hugo, were so respectful of my home - they wore shoe covers, cleaned up after themselves and were patient with my dog.

When they had to go out for parts, he clearly communicated what I should expect and returned promptly.

My experience started out perfectly because when I called, I spoke to real person - even after hours. I cannot say enough about how kind, professional and helpful this team was. They have found a customer for life from me!

I rarely post since most companies fail to come up to at least 3 stars. Jose from Fixit 24/7 was the best HVAC service tech I've ever had. He did a thorough job tuning up our furnace, much better than the company who originally installed the system 11 years ago and did a tune up a few years ago.Jose was well trained and clearly communicated what he found. I'll call back and ask for him next year.

Josh D. was extremely friendly and professional throughout his visit. He showed a huge amount of patience with us while we tried to contact another plumber whose work he was repairing. He was super friendly to my kids, even showing them a couple of magic tricks! He worked quickly and had our water back on and running with new pipe in less than an hour. He even threw out old soaked insulation AND brought our trash bins back to the house from the street. I will for sure be.calling him again for future plumbing needs

Wonderful experience! Logan was my technician who serviced and cleaned my furnace. He showed me a part that was failing. Since I have mechanical knowledge, he showed me where the part is located and now I can get that fixed. I was told by a previous technician that a certain part was failing, and Logan showed me that that wasn’t the case. Great customer service!

I had a technician come to my house after hours, Myron, who was the most pleasant and knowledgeable person I have encountered in a while. He was able to resolve the reason my heat wasn’t working quickly and with a smile.
I was completely overwhelmed by the day and the heat not working on in December was the cherry on top. He came in, so professional and respectful, put shoe booties on, and got right to work getting my issue resolved and only left once everything had been fixed. The best service experience I have had in a while!

Zach was so friendly and knowledgeable! He resolved our issue with ease and was so polite to us and our cats. I would highly recommend his services for any plumbing, furnace, A/C, or ductwork in your home

Called Fix-It on Tuesday with a plumbing leak. They came the same day showed me that I needed a new toilet. Seth T. was most helpful, professional and courteous. He installed the toilet that I purchased on Friday. I am most satisfied.

Michael was awesome! He worked on my bathroom sink and working around a weird piping set up. I highly recommend Fix it 24/7. If I need anymore work done, I will be asking for Michael again!

Charles was professional, showed up quickly, introduced me to his team members, and explained the work being done. They very thorough. At the end of the project Charles did a walk through at the end. I am so pleased with all the work that was done.

Keith was amazing. He really makes his company stand out. They are lucky to have him. My boiler was shot due to a plumbing backup....he repaired everything quickly and efficiently. This may not be the cheapest company, but you get what you pay for. I had 3 other less exspensive companies try to help, and they couldn't. Keith solved the problem and was honest. I'd highly recommend him, and fix it 24/7.

GREAT WORK !! Very clean and efficient!! Eddie and Tyler did an awesome job. When Jose arrived, on time ! He was very knowledgeable about our older heater and the new one. All three of these gentlemen were very nice and all did GREAT!!
