Dependable Cleaners

They got my blazer, pants, shirt and tie done in 24 hours, and Marcy offered to call me when they came in. Going here saved me from having to buy/rent an outfit and I was very pleased with the service.

Haven't been here for too long. Visited them just once, and liked the service and price. Staff could be a bit friendly, I guess. Giving them 5* anyways for the quality service we had. Thanks folks and good luck!

I have good experiences at this cleaner. I spend money on decent clothes. $79 sweaters for example. Not designer clothes by any means. I don't like washing when I can dry clean something as they always look better and last longer when dry clean. This Dependable Cleaners always dry clean my items that I ask to be dried clean ( not like other places that have washed them and ruined them). My items are always covered with white kitty hair. I love this cat but hair falls off him just by walking. My clothes always look brand new when I get them. Oh I am very picky I look carefully each time. Yes it can get pricey (they post their prices and you can always ask how much it will be, I feel they are reasonable for what they do)but you don't have to clean things after each time you wear it . As long as I don't get food or something on it I freshen them up with steam from an iron and clean maybe 2 or 3 times a season.

Update. I am changing my review for the fact the person didn't listen to me about my cleaning. I only take in clothes to be DRY CLEANED. I tell the person I want these clothes dry cleaned even though the label says to be washed the same label states it can be drycleaned also and that is what I want and pay for. Dry cleaning really dosnt have much smell to it. I got back 3 items. A wool long coat, dry cleaned and not much odor to it. A sweater dry cleaned but they didn't get the spots I showed them to get out. And the third item a sweater dress . It was to be and can be dry cleaned. It was washed and pressed. It has the strong odor to it that I hate and that I am sensitive to also it now has fuzzy balls all over it and it was smooth when I dropped it off. Also its a bit stretched out. It was a 140 dress . I wore it 3 times. Whenever I bring in clothes I tell them I want them dry cleaned! They owe me a new dress. They certainly charge a higher than average and I didn't mind as long as they did what I asked. Do Not Wash My Sweaters!

I went in to have a 2 piece suit dry cleaned for a wedding I was going to. The staff person there was pleasant and got me squared away. I picked up my suit the following day and left town for the wedding. I was disappointed to find after ripping away the plastic bags that there was some animal fur covering my clothes and they had not been pressed well. Had to get it dry cleaned again at the hotel.

Terrible hours. Said to pick up by 5:30pm and they close at 4pm. Closed Saturday and Sundays. Also super high prices compared to other cleaners.

Potential customer should be warned, this business only operates 35 hours per week! I just missed them on a Friday afternoon, arriving just after their 4pm closing time. No worries, right? I have the VIP deal that allows me to get my clothes through the automated machine there. Only, no it doesn't. The staff member (I presume there is only one considering they are only open 35 hours a week) that took my clothes in didn't tag them properly, so they aren't' available. Used the Ring doorbell that is offered if you are having an issue, but no one ever responded.
Anyway, long story short, had to buy a new suit for the wedding occurring over the weekend, went back in on Monday and picked up the last thing I will ever use this company for. The woman working said, unprompted, "oh, sorry, I guess I didn't tag your clothes right when you dropped off, I hope you didn't try to get them over the weekend". I did try. She was as helpful as a Ring doorbell no one answers.

Well, it has happened again. Once again - this place lives down to its low expectations! And once again, it was at a time when I could not have my cleaning done wrong because I was headed out of town on business.

Following my original bad review the management of "Undependable Cleansers" contacted me to apologise and they actually made good on the problem that I reported. The service was okay (though not stellar) until the second-or-third time I sent in clothing after the original one-star rating.

The problem this time was that the request for Boxed shirts came back with half the shirts boxed and half of them hung. when travelling, boxed shirts look better when they come out of the suitcase.

I tried calling repeatedly. It took two days for someone to answer the phone and when they finally did, they hung up on me when I asked to speak to the manager.

When they are good - they do a decent job; when they are bad, they are intolerable. The only thing dependable about this cleaners is that they are dependably inconsistent and will definitely let you down at the worst possible time.

Business Owner: Don't bother calling - I have thrown away the bags you sent and I will not be using your service again.
