This is my favorite store as a man I love to grocery shop and get my stuff for meals prep or on the daily the environment is great friendly polite all the staff and the vibes are awesome kudos to a manager named misty she's amazing and wonderful very helpful and nice and friendly she needs a raise

Store is so clean and inviting. I really like how organized it is. As a bit of a perfectionist it is nice to see how the shelves are stocked. The candy section was AMAZING! IT REALLY MAKES ME WANT TO SHOP THERE

Customers don't have to wait in long lines to be checked out. Seems to be well equipped with staff

I prefer this King Soopers over any other due to the politeness and helpfulness of staff. William from the meat market went out of his way to help me fulfill my order with the up most determination, King soopers is lucky to have a great employee in William.

Larry and everyone on the night crew at the self checkout is nothing short of amazing kind patient knowledgeable helpful the true definition of customer service and just genuine people which is sadly a very rare thing these days and with some recent bad experiences these guys up front are the only reason I continue to shop here and I really do mean that every single one of them deserves praise and raise

This is my preferred grocery option for pickup orders. I never had issues last year, found the process to be pretty great. This week I had my first pickup in while and yikes it was all kinds of mixed up. The worst part IMO is you can't really resolve anything online and King Sooper customer service is outsourced and generally terrible.

However once I tried calling the store and got in touch with a manager they resolved everything very quickly, going far beyond what most businesses do to fix mistakes. I was very impressed by that and need to give the mgmt team a shout-out. Thank you!!

Went to this location for the first time today. Usually I go to the one off coal mine and Pierce because it is closer to me. I had to go here though because it has the US bank. This location is so nice. It is well kept, the staff are nice and everything about it is well maintained. I wish other stores would follow this stores example.

Convenient for stopping in for a few groceries on my way home from work. Much smaller footprint, easier to get around in but still has the products I am looking for compared to the huge store more "convenient" with full parking lots and seemingly 10 checkout stands, half of which are not attended. I will shop here more in the future.

KS at Florida and Kipling has been our favorite for years. Staff are friendly, helpful and move people along quickly. Lines have a few carts each and a checker takes you to a self check and quickly does it for you. Shelves usually stay stocked and fresh. The lot is big and can get pretty full but even on peak times or occasions there are spaces farther out. It is clean, baggers well trained - no eggs or tender fruit on the bottom of a bag.

I have to laugh when I see the lower ratings! This place is awesome. I have been shopping here and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. They can't be responsible for the size of the parking lot. If someone brings in an unregistered dog, they are a food establishment people. As for the banana comment, did you know they carry frozen fruit as a backup? Use your banana! God forbid a meteor hits our power grid and you can't get a latte on a given day. These people work hard for their ratings.

I always come here! Great location and service! Always clean! And friendly staff! I received exceptionally fast and prompt service tonight from Ryan Working late very polite smile on his face. Lots of customers and he was handling it greatly!

Phil at customer service was so helpful, I shop here allot and to be brutally honest allot of the employees are really rude and unhelpful. But I was in a rush because i was going to be late for work and i had to get a money order done and maybe get some lunch for later but i probably wouldn't have time to get lunch but i told him my situation and he completely stopped what he was doing when he didn't have to because someone else was at a register almost done with the customer and i was next in line but he went faster than ive ever seen anyone do my money order and lotto and $20 cash back from my debit card. also he showed me already made lunch sandwich and chips to buy and rang me up those real quick and then out of no where he pulled out his wallet and paid for it and said hurry go don't be late and when i thought i would be about 20 minuets late i was about 2 minuets early thanks to Phil.

I ordered two half-sheet cakes for a party this past weekend - one for my son's high school graduation and the other for his enlistment in the U.S. Marine Corps. When ordering the lady at the bakery was so helpful and gave advice about the decorations and what frosting would work best for the decorations I had chosen. When I picked up the cakes, I was amazed at how beautiful they both were. They matched the school colors perfectly and the transfer of the Marine Corps emblem was amazing! It looked like artwork. Everyone at the party commented on how beautiful the cakes were and how great they tasted. I would definitely recommend this King Soopers bakery. They did an amazing job!

I've never been disappointed in this store. Today I called the floral department with an order for a boutineer and corsage, and Karen was so sweet. She understood that I had forgotten to order and promised the flowers would be ready by tomorrow's homecoming. I already know the flowers will be lovely because I've used them in the past. In the grocery store, the workers are friendly and helpful. The cashiers and baggers are kind and hard workers. I always try to fill out the surveys after I shop, and I hope the workers are receiving their rewards. thanks to all of them for all they do.
