My daughter and I recently enjoyed another visit to Larrimor’s. I sense the experience we had is similar to what you would have had many years ago, where the designers and seamstress’s worked together with the sales team to bring exceptional quality to their community. This is such an incredible store!

Needed some boots that were comfortable and warm. I didn't know they closed at 5 the day I went. I walked in the door at 4:59. They took their time and helped me find what I needed. I am happy with the purchase and hope to wear them for many winters to come! I appreciate how professional and kind everyone was even though they stayed later than they would have had I not walked in the door. I'll be a return customer just for that reason.

I wanted an MZ Wallace purse and checked many places. Larrimor's had a color no one else had. They shipped fast, included a nice note and I love my purse! I will definitely look more at their website.

I’m thrilled to say I ordered a handbag it came packaged so beautiful with tissue paper and a few added goodies along with a handwritten thank you note . Ordered a purse online very last minute which I needed for a trip in about 5 days. I left a note of how soon I needed it, knowing I may not get here on time. Within 4 hours I received an email it was already picked up by fed ex and on its way to me.
To my surprise , it arrived in 2 business days ! The bag I got was also sold out everywhere else, packaged so elegantly and came with a lovely handwritten note . Rare to see these days which I appreciate and so so happy with their exceptional customer service. I will certainly be shopping here again.

I always make a point of stopping at Larrimor's whenever I am in the Pittsburgh area. Today I ordered two custom made dress shirts. The service was, as always, personal, knowledgeable, and friendly. The price was reasonable for such an order, and I look forward to seeing the final product! Follow on update- received the shirts, and they were perfect! Great fit, exactly as designed. Great, professional customer service and knowledgeable staff -- so helpful! They handled a special order quickly and easily, providing insight on the style and sizing. Support did not end with the sale, they followed up and tracked it through to delivery. Upon receipt at the store, the items were shipped out quickly, packed with great care and tracking info provided -- love the personalized, handwritten note inside the box! I would highly recommend them. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Very attentive staff. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable about the brand we were looking at (Canada Goose) and helped me to pick the perfect coat for my needs. If you’re looking to purchase something from the brands they carry, it’s worth the trip in over buying online elsewhere or at a big retailer. With limited people downtown right now, they appreciate the visit.
Additionally, they were all very welcoming to our pup that joined us that day which is always extra appreciated!

What a FANTASTIC store and experience. My husband lost 55 pounds during the pandemic (was intentional). We set up an appointment with Lisa and the experience was amazing. The Covid protocols they have in place made us feel very comfortable. She had a salesman and tailor waiting for us. We found great clothing for my husband. They altered everything in a very timely fashion and to perfection. Lisa even hand delivered everything to our home. A big thank you to Lisa and the Larrimor's team.

I could not have been happier with my recent experience ordering jeans from Larrimor's website! The clothing well packaged, shipped quickly and communication was clear throughout the entire process. On top of all that, when I opened my parcel, it included a nice handwritten note from an employee! That type of customer service and attention to detail is rare nowadays - I'm glad I was able to support a business that still cares about those sort of things. Went there yesterday with my fiancé and father. Bethany was very helpful. It was my fiancé and I’d first time suit shopping; there was no pressure. We purchased a high quality suit and will be back in the future.

Can't say enough good things about an online purchase that I made with Larrimor's. I bought a nice pair of Allen Edmonds at a great price but I had an issue with the style of shoe that I received. I reached out to Larrimor's and they made it right! Jen, their online manager made sure that I was satisfied with the product that I received as well as the customer service after the sale.

That's what will bring me back - knowing that Larrimor's wants me to be happy with my purchase and that I will be back to buy more of their great offerings at great prices.

Very happy with the online and phone services I have had with Larrimor's customer service and products I purchased! Was visiting Pittsburgh for a wedding and stopped in here at the recommendation of a friend. They have an exceptional selection of high-end men's clothing, and the staff was great. They were helpful without being pushy whatsoever-- which I consider ideal. Coming from miami, the down to earthness/helpfulness/knowledge/attention and sophistication (without pretense) of the staff was a breath of fresh air.

While there i also got a shoe shine... 10/10. I was helped by Maxy, we had a light conversation and he told me he had been shining since the 80s. Having worked in New York, LA, DC, and now Miami, I can attest that finding a good shine is difficult and increasingly more difficult to find. The commitment of the store to keeping in touch with this part of culture and the old world craftsmanship, while also fusing itself with the modern and contemporary, says a lot about what you will find there.
