I'm very impressed with the owner of this locally-owned ice cream store. I had a not-great experience that I reported on the website. I was contacted in a timely manner by the business owner, and I feel confident that our future visits will be as great as they usually are. A lot of businesses in Durango only care about tourist business, but this is one that wants to keep locals coming back.

Severely lacking in cream. I took my wonderful wife here for dessert after a eye opening experience at cuckoos. Oh fudge! When youre looking to take the dirt road home, you can get a heck of a mudpie surprise. Our strawberry blonde wife is a fan favorite. Highly recommend!

I went Saturday afternoon and the worker was extremely welcoming and nice, I’m not from here so was struggling on what flavor I should pick and she was soooo beyond helpful, her name tag said hazie and gave amazing customer service

We ordered ahead and the ice cream was ready and waiting for us, tasted great as always. Just be sure to go straight to the register and flag someone down so you don't have to wait in the line. Great way to avoid the unmasked crowd ;)

We went in and it was SLAMMED- a large family in front of us, a big group of teens behind us- and only one young woman working the whole store! However, she was awesome!! The whole time from taking orders to preparing ice cream to running the register she remained friendly, energetic and professional. I feel sorry for her that management didn't schedule more people to help the poor thing out but she was a champ and deserves serious recognition! She rocked!

For our wedding we wanted a traditional look but with a better taste than regular cake. They did a wonderful job with making my ice cream wedding cake! It was so delicious and looked perfect for our big day. Thank you so much!

The taste is amazing! I ordered pure vanilla and didn't add fancy stuff. Both the ice cream and waffle taste fabulous. Would be better if less sugar!

Stoped by in a very warm day for great ice cream. Staff was supper friendly. Young man behind a counter offered a small scoop of ice cream for our puppy. What a great service and great ice cream. Will come back to this location every time in the area. Thank you for being a dog friendly place.

Best ice cream in town. Tons of choices and topping options. Bit pricey, but the quality is unmatched. Staff is always friendly, place is always clean.
