I had a problem with a Show Chrome product that I bought through a shop in Canada. I contacted Big Bike Parts through their website, and they phoned me, leaving a voicemail, which was followed up by an email. Great service and so I would highly recommend them. The problem was resolved through the shop, which they suggested I contact. This splendid service means I would not hesitate to purchase Show Chrome/Big Bike Parts. I highly recommend them.

First I’ll review the product (1) although the cover I purchased doesn’t not have a strap to secure it, it is in ways superior to the Polaris brand product that I also own. The back wheel cover is a cut above. Keeps my bike dust and pollen free :). Second the CUSTOMER SERVICE is second to none! I’ve had two separate very personable and pleasant experiences with this company. Each time they took the time to call me and address my questions or concerns. When I had an issue they handled concern with respect and integrity. I would 1000% recommend buying anything from them. They stand by their products and show pride in the service they provide to their customers. Great job 👏🏽!!

Purchased the ULTRAGARD ESSENTIALS LT for my motorcycle thru a distributor of Big Bike Parts, BBP, and called the distributor to order another one because my existing one had ripped from high wind. The person noticed that I had ordered this same cover in the same month the previous 2 years in a row and noticed that the cover had a 36 month warranty and said I should call Big Bike Parts and see if they would issue a partial credit since the cover only lasted a year. In speaking with BBP, they said since I parked my bike outside April thru October and used the cover everyday, the sun's UV rays had deteriorated the tarp material and that's why the covers had torn. BBP volunteered to send me a new cover at no cost one time and if the same thing happens next year, which it probably will, I would need to order a higher quality tarp designed to last longer for the way I use the cover. Overall, excellent experience talking with BBP and pleased with their willingness to cover the cost of the new cover.

I have an 04 honda Goldwing. My girl's in good shape and runs like a top. Sometimes I add a bit of bling. I added trunk and saddlebag marker lights, the Chrome ones (ShowChrome) from Big Bike Parts. Excellent experience in purchasing and installing. This was 2 years ago.

As it happens with anything mechanical, the lens retention clips have dislodged from the lens pins. After looking around for months and failing to find the right size retention clips, I decided to reach out to Big Bike Parts again.

Brandon took my call and understood immediately what I needed. He let me know up front this is not something that is typically sold and was not aware if they had any on hand, or where else I could look. He said he would look around can call me back once he looked around the shop.

I am well familiar with that old saw. "Yeah I will look around and call you back..." Just get off my phone is the part that is never said out loud. So, I let Brandon go, and started moving on with the rest of my day, expecting that to be the end of it, and trying to devise alternative solutions...

Ten minutes later, my phone rings. "Mr. B., this is Brandon calling you back from Big Bikes. Yep, I found a few of them and will get them out to you ASAP. Gratis, no charge."

I have been a technical support manager for more than 20 years now. I know what good client service looks like, and what good service providing assets look like. I don't know where any negative reviews would come from... but I can vouch for these guys. The company attitude towards customers is 100% spot on. Big Bikes, I commend you for your approach! Keep it up! You need to commend Brandon for going above and beyond to help a customer, even when it is a minor, not life and death issue. You all should be proud. Can't wait to place a new order with you on whatever it is I need next!

Placed order from Amazon, shipped wrong item. I returned the wrong item, Amazon sent wrong part again. Contacted Brad at BPP, discovered Amazon was mislabeling the boxes. Thanks Brad for helping unravel this mess and being super professional in getting the right product to me. Looking to installing the fender lights on my Spyder.

Good, quality parts shipped in a better than reasonable time. I was starting to get anxious, hadn't received any tracking info after several days of ordering. Then, a couple of days after that, everything showed up and was perfect.

I purchased the Flag Pole assembly kit for my 2021 Spyder F3L and the instruction video by Brendan was simple and easy to follow as usual. Thumbs up for all of Brendan's videos. The problem that occurred was that the kit was missing a tiny rubber washer and the flag pole seemed a bit wobbly. I called and Bike Bikes immediately sent out a replacement kit. What I thought was two problems was actually one. Once the washer was installed the wobble disappeared. When I called back to make arrangements to send back the unused kit Brendan told me to keep it for spare parts. Great job by Brendan and Big Bikes. You now have a loyal lifetime customer.

A fog light kit ordered from a dealer was missing three bolts from the mounting hardware bag. BBP shipped them to me after a week. I like the lights!

Bought a $379 light bar and had the shop install it. On the ride home one of the light covers popped off on the top and the other rated. I took it back to the shop and was told the design is just bad it has a small tab that holds the light cover on the top and a small set screw on the bottom. Long story short big bike parts wants me to pay to have them removed, pay to ship them back then wait up to 4 weeks for them to decide if the issue was from me or design flaw then pay to have them reinstalled. I just want my money back and they refuse to do it. Waych what you by from them they earased my light bar review on the site. They do not honor their 1 year warranty!

I purchased a Hopnel Tank Pouch from Amazon and fulfilled by Big Bike Parts. The zipper broke while under the warranty period. I contacted them and was told it will not be covered because BBP doesn't manufacture the zipper, only the leather pouch. Well, who attached the zipper to the pouch, you guys do? Very poor business practice to hide behind that excuse. No attempt was made to make it right and I was told that I would not t a new pouch!!!!

Paid for 2 day shipping. They entered the address wrong. After i called to complain. I was greeted with it was my fault. Made a point that my wife was a problem case for them.. Very insulting!
Tracking was a bad joke. I was told that it was my job to track it. Told them at my age I had to track anything before. They don't do that they told me. The UPS delivery driver puts in a default code...Name is incorrect or address. Big Bike Parts stuck on the 'name was given incorrect' even tho later once UPS investigates they put in updated code... and found address was incorrect was the reason. Not name! So. I followed back with them about all this and time wasted to get these answers so can get my shipping refunded...Doesn't matter! Big Bike Parts Inc customer service said to me. Its only extra $10 i paid for to have it on Friday instead of Monday. Wow! If $10 is so little why don't you quickly offer it back to me since you entered the info wrong to begin with? Right!!! I was greeted with ..On your next purchase we'll do something for you. SCREW that! I'm thinking...
They ship so many packages they know all this I'm sure...
All to say they are not willing to take credit for their mistakes. Wasted my time and money. No refund. My money is no value. Service stinks too. Buyer beware!!

buenas tardes.. pues nada mas para dejar este comentario, hace días realice unas compras por Internet y como el pago fue con tarjeta de crédito y fueron varios pagos en un día. pues el personal que trabaja en esa tienda me cancelo mis pedidos que porque era sospechoso .. y bueno ya les mande correos y de mas y no me dieron ninguna solución... a los que vayan a comprar en esta tienda tengan cuidado .. porque hasta ahorita no me rembolsan mi dinero.... si el dueño de esta tienda ve esta nota le recomiendo que capacite mas a su personal ....
