MAD Greens - Louisville

This is the best mad greens I’ve ever been to. They are always very nice and the food is fresh and ready to go.
Edit: Rosie is literally the best employee I followed her from Longmont and she is absolutely the reason why you guys earned the five star from me customer service is everything!

The food is prepared with care. The staff obviously enjoy their jobs and their customers. So refreshing to see, it's makes the experience so much more enjoyable being around such positive people. Rosie and Santana are great advocates for the business and a pleasure to be around.

This is my go-to place to grab lunch or take-out for dinner on Fridays when I’m driving by. I’ve tried other places around this area and none meet our needs like Mad Greens: Healthy with lots of GF options. My husband likes spicy, I do NOT… and we are both happy with how they customize our dishes.

I love that this location has a drive through for when I’m in a hurry!

Favorites: I like the Baja shrimp bowl with creamy ginger dressing, and my husband is hooked on the Southwest bowl. For salads, we have both loved the Crazy Ivan for years (sub walnuts for croutons) and the Athena. Sometimes they have new dishes, which we always try!

Positives - clean atmosphere, fast service, good portions, tasty Lemon Pepper Shrimp salad. We'll be back.

Negatives - self serve ice tea selections were miss labeled and one was flat out awful.... that's all.

My dentist is next door and I always wondered about this place. So I got lunch on Sunday, Labor Day weekend. Yes, this place looks like it's run by high school kids, but we all started out somewhere.
If I read recent reviews of this location, I definitely would have passed. Glad I didn't. Cannot agree with portion problems. My crew did their job.

I eat here on average of about once a week when I just CANNOT with making lunch. I get in and out under 15 minutes even when it's busy, usually 10 and I am one of THOSE customers even.
The staff is the best. I want to call out the manager as in-particularly stellar. They have def had absolutely everything on the menu and specifically give you recommendations on tweaks and add-ins to keep things fresh and new.
Again I am one of THOSE picky customers who also has a coupon AND gift cert, so maximum difficulty, but I always leave happy and greatful. Thank you and see you next week!

What a great place to get lunch! Rosie is great. Always smiling and so up beat! There are a lot of options and the food is always fresh. Give it a try!!!

Popped in while running errands and was very grateful for the super speedy service. The staff were friendly and patient and answered my questions (I have some allergies and I don’t like spicy) and talked me through the ingredients and options, even let me try a sauce before I committed to it! Heaps of entrees already gluten-free and the Southwest Bowl is one of them, and that’s what I ended up with. #noregrets.

Hi!! Food is always great... unfortunately Everytime I come in the vibe is Soo low energy and the staff almost makes me feel like I'm putting them out by doing their job..??
Coming from the service industry myself..it doesn't matter what a bad day you're having or how much you think your job sucks..you put a smile on your face and be the best you can be..be grateful for having a job..
This might be a management issue not setting the tone or doing THEIR job IDK..hey Owners..red flag..but a friendly environment can make a lot more money than a miserable drab pissed off one..

Emaculate service and the staff was just outstanding,really the type of people to go above and beyond. What a fantastic experience it was and I will definitely be visiting this establishment again. 17/10 stars fight ya granny about it.

You won't be disappointed if your looking for good salad or wrap. I stopped in for lunch 3 days in a row and had a different salad everyday and they were all really good. The service was fast and friendly.

This MAD Greens is always good. Love the variety. Parking can be difficult during the lunch hour rush. Everything that I've had has been delicious.

Super friendly and quick service! Great upbeat, bright location & delicious food as always! I tried the Pomona this time which was delicious (it’s a little sweet too so if that’s you’re thing you’ll really like that one!). My favorite dish here is the Southwest grain bowl. It’s spot on!

We were in Louisville a couple weeks ago and this place was close to out hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at the freshness of the salad and it is made right in front of you. Very good and fresh. The staff were very pleasant and helpful as we have neve eaten at MAD Greens. Would definitely go again if ever in Louisvle.

Was craving salad after the gym I stopped into Mad Greens and was super excited to see all of the options! I am vegan and was delighted to hear they had tofu for a protein option!! I made a fruit salad and added nuts and I am so happy to find this gem!!!

I love the food here! The Vibrant Venus salad has a great balance of sweet and savory flavor in it! I eat here at least once a week. And the employees are super friendly!

The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The counter staff were friendly, respectful, and very efficient. The salad ingredients were all very fresh. We had a very enjoyable experience and will definitely return.

I really liked this place - I wish I knew it had a drive through before getting takeout the day before! (I didn't want to get out of my car in the snow.) But even the regular salad is a good portion and I like all the options.

I accidentally came through this drive thru thinking it was something else but I'm so glad I did! I had never heard of this place but I have found a new favorite! Service was excellent, food was HUGE and so yummy!! I would absolutely make the 2 hour drive to go back lol
