Target

This target was renovated last year after sustaining some damage due to the Marshall fire and is now one of the nicest in the area. It is spacious, clean, well stocked, and is never too crowded.

Despite the fact that my first real job outside of babysitting when I was a teenager was at a Target and it was a kind of terrible experience (except for the friends I made that I am still in touch with today), I am a Target devotee in my dotage! Prices are absolutely reasonable, the stores are well-stocked and well laid out, and employees are unfailingly helpful. It’s kind of my happy place — I can wander the aisles for hours!

This Target is awesome. Good prices, well stocked, excellent customer service, and super fast curbside pick-up.

Very nice target. Was well organized, clean and things were easy to find. Staff was actually nice too when I did the sell check out. I would recommend this place

I was on the phone with guest services I spoke to a man named John he was very kind and helped me super quickly with a process I thought would’ve taken a bit amazing experience

I was shopping at Target, and I remembered I had to get my eyeglasses fixed because one of the lenses had popped out. I had not planned on going to Target Optical, but since I had the glasses with me, I decided to go in and ask if they could fix them. They not only did (it was missing a screw), they didn't charge me for it! A very pleasant experience, and I won't hesitate to use their services in the future.

Great store, quiet, and clean. Has most of what I'm looking for when I go there. Great prices, and nice employees.

Great experience as always at Target. Employees always take extra time and care for me when I have a question. And I love the products. It’s a bubble of friendliness and consideration.

Always friendly, and not hurried. Target in Superior CO is far better than the other BIG stores in Boulder County CO.

OPTICAL Department - Sirene - was AWESOME! Exceptional customer SVC, very friendly and took care of replacing my nose-pads on my sunglasses.

Always have the best service here. Bummed the were closed for so long, but excited about the new layout. The team members there are beyond amazing. I purchased a TV yesterday & Fred in the technology section was sooo helpful and friendly. I was torn between 2 great products and he helped me choose the best TV for what I was shopping for. He also went above and beyond and helped carry the box out to my car to get it loaded in my trunk! Thanks Fred!!

Feels so clean and pleasant in there. Entry employee I spoke to was surprisingly upbeat and helpful. it doesn't feel cramped or overwhelming at all. The music was a nice distant volume. It just felt like I could think in there. I was pleasantly surprised.

We find the best deals in your clothes and the service is very good. Nora helped us find what we were looking for and to find the right size for my handicapped sister. She was very nice. The woman who helped us out check out was also very helpful and nice. Her name was either Cara or Carla (?).

I like the groceries, meats, dairy, and retail. Stay away from the Pharmacy, they are unapologetically bad. They have products here that we cannot get at Safeway, which is nice to have another option. We really use the retail section as well as the grocery. The grocery is small, but some of the target products are superior to other brands like their Carmel Cashew trail mix as an example. We like the toys section for birthday presents. They have solid options and good quality, affordable toys. They also have a pretty fair selection of good quality organizational bins, and they are much more affordable than Container Store. Lastly, we usually go here for holiday decorating.

This store's ability to communicate with the customer by answering phones, providing excellent customer service and assistance is beyond words. I have had to utilize the Boulder CVS Pharmacy on Pearl Street since the fire closed the Superior Pharmacy and it is night and day in the difference of service. Prior to the fire all of my prescriptions were delivered on time via USPS, never once did I receive any deliveries from the Pearl Street Store. I have tried calling the Boulder CVS store 100's of times over the past 9 months and never once did I get through.

I've been a retail manager for a long time..... This is hands down the cleanest store I've ever been in. Staff was friendly and helpful not all depressed and upset like most stores.

This isn't the Target I've regularly shopped for many yeas but I might start shopping here more regularly.
--- I asked a female associate on the floor for help finding air purifier filters and she was glad to help, stopping her display tasking and walked me to the section after looking it up on her handheld. Very courteous and meant a lot that she took to the time to provide such helpful customer service.
--- I asked the male cashier about using Circle and that I haven't regularly used it because I always have trouble with WIFI, and he kindly recommended that I get the app going upon entry into the store because the signal is best at the entrances, and explained that I could scan everything in my shopping cart and Circle automatically adds any sales.
--- I also appreciate the familiar, more predictable store layout. The Walnut Creek Store looks nice with the "showroom" renovations, but it isn't easy to get through the store to find what I am looking for if I'm on a mission. Maybe in time it would be easier, but I shop so infrequently now due to the COVID-19 pandemic and I'd rather shop the Superior location because the layout makes more sense to me and I can get in and out without frustration backtracking across the store.
--- I have worked in retail and I appreciated the customer service and ease of shopping at this Target located in Superior.

Kinsey was super sweet and really cares about the costumers and makes everyone have a good laugh as she scans things she is a really great employee!
