All three associates acknowledged me upon entering the store. They immediately inquired of what i was needing and pointed me to the appropriate aisle. Andrew was extra nice, very personabale at check out!

Not only is the staff friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to help. Trevor is the go-to guy there. He definately went out of his way to help find an unshelved item that was in stock. The print department is just as helpful for even those hard to print items Freda keeps things running smooth when the manager isn't around. As a plus there are a lot of good sales.

Employees are always polite and helpful. They took the time to show me how to send an email where I get a code and then I can come in to print easily on the self-serve printers.

Even though swamped with Xmas rush, all the guys were pleasant & conscientious. Kris is absolutely outstanding with his skill & problem-solving in making the computers 'dance.'

Mark the general manager helped me with getting my poster and finding the frame and even fitting it while still being attentive to other customers. Great service.

I was blown away at the service, knowledge, attentiveness and for the more than fair adjustments made at check out re: a price match. Staples? Nope. NO comparison.

AJ provided excellent service! He gave me the information I needed to efficiently shop and order my new desk. He hooked me up with a team that can assemble it. He was very awesome about setting expectations on ETA for both product and assembly team. Highly recommend working with AJ! I am super excited for my new sit-stand desk to arrive!

I always have a good feeling after my visits. I shop business and art needs no disappointment. Office equipment, laptops, printers, desk chairs and supplies. When I was in College I shopped for school supplies. When on the road the fax, mail and UPS service were my helpers. I have used the yearly tune-up service for my computers the associates and products have always been great and beyond my expectations.

Service and office equipment selection is immaculate and met all my needs.

I've always been satisfied with the service I get in this particular location. Employees are helpful, cheerful, and energetic. Also honest, which matters a lot to me. Good place to buy office supplies.

Older mom with a wedding project. I walked into Office Max and every person in the printing dept. went out of their way to help me with the project. I care about customer service so this is a rare rating for me:)) Exceptional service. I didn't have to know to ask for things like best paper or cutting services because they anticipated my needs. Great young people and kudos to whoever is doing the training. Excellent printing job, by the way.
