Hazel's Beverage World

Hazel’s is great. Besides the fact they have the largest selection around, they also stock some premium agave spirits that aren’t found elsewhere around here, and they have a better selection of Japanese imports than any place I’ve seen in CO outside of Denver. I’ll also point out that the staff is unfailingly helpful and friendly. There’s a woman who often works the later hours at a register near the door and if she’s open, I always choose her line as she’s just so darn nice.

As someone who's tried over 4,000 unique beers and hosted dozens of tastings and shares, the craft beer section here is absolutely incredible - and the liquor and wine sections are no different. Found something I've been looking for since I moved here, and found some things I've been looking for for nearly a decade that I'll be back for.

Great spot to experience a wide selection of excellent beer, wine, and liquor options. Many high-end items you can't find elsewhere. Prices are very competitive despite being in Boulder where costs are usually higher.

Great selection of Bourbons..one of the best I've seen. They keep the good stuff locked up in a glass case but are quick to assist you. Picked up a Blanton's and an Eagle Rare both at a great price. I definitely recommend.

Amazing selection. Good humored cashiers, not the paranoid ones you get downtown Denver! Point system is a nice perk.

Huge selection of any liquor or beverage you may need. The customer service is excellent especially as someone who has purchased incredibly large orders for parties and events. Their communicative over email and they have a rewards program!

Easily the best beverage place in Boulder. Lots of stuff you've likely never heard of! Great organization of inventory.

I love Hazel's. Lots of choices, great help, friendly staff, and good prices.
We have a friend in crested Butte who puts in an order for us to pick up with some of the more esoteric spirits he can't get in other places closer to him.
And I love the return of happy hour on Friday - a chance to taste some things you wouldn't otherwise, like a local distillers' whiskeys that were now buying.
And if you're looking for winner wines, and are of limited or even very knowledgeable, Rob is the person to help you. Amazing!

Any time I find myself back in CO, and in the Longmont/Boulder area, I make it a point to stop by Hazel's. They have a massive craft beer / cider selection and I always end up with an extra box or two of product. Staff is easy to talk to, and frequently I can find local CO craft brew gems. The store is huge and everything is well laid out.

Only been here a couple of times but it is a big liquor store with a great selection. Found an esoteric sweet vermouth I have been looking for and couldn't find elsewhere.

Honesty, and responsibility, I was accidentally not given my change back from a purchase, they within a matter of minutes find the error and refund my money, integrity speaks for itself, Hazel's is a premium store with honest folk, even over a small matter of ten bucks! Thanks to management and amazing store employees , they are absolutely above board !! Kudos!!!! And thank you!.

One of the coolest and widest selection of beer, wine and liquor. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable also. They also have the largest box wine selection I have ever seen.

The older gentleman that helped me with wine tonight was wonderful. While they didn’t have the exact bottle I came in for, he directed me to numerous other options and the one I took home was spot on.

Had plenty of good experiences with staff. They're always willing to help you find exactly what you're looking for, and if you don't know what you're looking for, they'll help you discover something new too. Recently had a great experience with another customer. He recommended an excellent Belgian tripel from their back storage. Gave me the whole rundown on what to look for. This store cultivates a positive community and I appreciate that. 10/10. I won't go to any other liquor store in the state.
