Literally all buss no susssss, like service was insane, like best service of all time, like torchy's is mad goated like the burrito I got. Literally so epic and like probably most lit burrito ever. Lemonade was so sick. Like 11/10 frfr

Straight from the beginning now,...on a hot Monday afternoon I began my journey for a interview in this city....and after it I searched Mexican food and immediately wanted frozen margaritas and after the second selection I realized it should have been my first, I was 3 min away which was even better!!!!! I ordered 2 sets of chicken fajitas taco and 1 beef fajita and chips and salsa....all I gotta say it after the first bite of the taco I knew my new favorite 😍 spot and the second bite told me to take no breathers and devour these tacos! And if your ever plan on coming here automatically get a frozen house margarita and let them tell you the flavors and get the wild berry and strawberry 🍓 🎶 😜 🤪 soooo worth it. I will always be back or find a reason to come to Boulder for this location because of the staff and the way they do there food thanks Liz 😊

I used to live in Boulder and I came to Torchy’s all the time after I got off work! I’m now visiting from Wisconsin and was blessed to take my girlfriend to one of my favorite places. They have the best food, drinks, service, and aesthetics around! If you haven’t been here before I highly recommend everybody to try it out! 😁💛🌮🍸

Damn Good is for sure - shrimp tacos absolutely FIRE!! The green chili pork taco with a fried egg amazing!! Trashy trailer park taco Spicy but DAMN GOOD! Such great flavors!! I recommend!

Very filling tacos and great vegetarian options. The green chili queso is to die for, and half order was plenty for two people to share. We will definitely be back!

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Green Chile Pork (corn) was well balanced and loved that they gave an entire container of sauce. More traditional of a taco with cotija cheese, cilantro, onions, and wedge of lime

Trailer Park Trashy (flour) was pretty salty but the fried chicken was on point. We got it trashy so lots of cheese on top instead of lettuce. The poblano sauce tasted of ranch mostly

Chili Wagon (corn, taco of the month) had a really nice kick and the fried poblano pepper added great texture

Ambience: 5/5 - clean, bright, and very grateful for the AC on a hot day

Service: 5/5 - cashier was very friendly and provided recommendations for what to get. We enjoyed everything she recommended

Value for price: 4/5 - a bit pricey for tacos but good food and quick service. Definitely worth trying

Amazing food! Super clean indoor and outdoor dining areas. The folks that work there and patient and attentive and major bonus - they never forget drinks on To-Go orders. The sadness of having your tacos delivered without your Coke de Mexico?? Not a thing with the Boulder Torchy’s team!

First timer and the experience was AMAZING! Super friendly and helpful staff. When they ask you if you'd like queso and chips, say yes. Best queso I've ever had hands down.

I come here too often and Nick is here every time!! He's so friendly and very helpful. He definitely makes the experience that much better with his customer service and is beyond welcoming and friendly. I hope to him every time I come!! The food is always great and never had anything I didn't like!!

This place was amazing. They were wonderful in terms of Social distancing and taking precautions to limit the spread of germs. The food was amazing and it came in such a larch portion compared to the price. They have a great selection of Hispanic style food with some different twists. There is a patio which has half the tables closed for distancing. Everyone wore masks inside. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Our service was great! The food came quick and it was good. My bf really liked how soft the burrito tortilla was. And Lynzie was a very friendly cashier!

Torchy's is great. Good food. Easy to park. Nice tables outside.
I highly recommend their hottest sauce, the diablo. It's made in house. It's very hot and still has a great flavor.

This is my first visit to Torchys and it didn't disappoint! Their tacos are just overflowing with delicious, well-balanced filling yet somehow I didn't have a single taco break on me. The queso nachoes are also a great way to start off your high calorie, high deliciousness meal!

Outstanding customer service, incredible food. Russ, the GM is so friendly and cares so much about the experience they provide! Will frequent this spot as they are so amazing!!!
