Nopalito’s

First day open at the new location. Never tried them before but so glad we did! We got a margarita, chips and queso 6 barbacoa flautas, and fish and shrimp taco.

Everything was delicious especially the tacos. Loaded and tasty. We will definitely be back.

Working my way through their awesome menu and today I got a shrimp and a fish taco Baja style. Both were amazing! Best burrito joint in town hands down! Will continue to come back and support local! Thanks Nopalito’s!

The best Mexican in Boulder! Great prices, delicious and homemade food, fabulous drinks. We love the new location, super convenient and the decor is one of a kind. It’s a hard to find a place like this anymore. Also, tons of vegan options! So much better than chipotle, support this lovely local restaurant!!

Nopalito’s is my family’s favorite Mexican restaurant! The food is authentic and always fresh, the prices are right, and the margaritas are the best! Happy hour from 4-8 for drink specials and free chips and salsa! This is a local’s favorite, 10/10.

Nice new space in a great location, the food was great, and was ready on time even though I was a bit early for pickup. Everyone was very nice and friendly even though they were slammed for lunch.

Flavor was great and i am glad there are a bunch of vegetarian options, I will have to bring my wife by, she will be thrilled.

This place is super clean. The staff is really cool and welcoming also. Very friendly.

The food got my fiancés approval and that's pretty tough to do with mexican food. She's Hispanic and cooks better than most places we eat. So that says something.

TLDR: Good food. Good crew. Would love to see more locations. Gonna miss this stop

Best Mexican food in boulder hands down! They serve it fast casual style (like chipotle and QDOBA) but the authentic cooking, variety of food, and flavor can’t be beat. A must for breakfast, lunch, and dinner- just go!

Best burrito in Boulder! Nopalitos has become a staple in our Boulder take out rotation. Milton and Dora are incredibly hospitable and make every guest feel welcome. Food is delicious, fresh ingredients, highly recommended!

Very traditional, home cooking style. Nothing fancy but consistently good food.

Everything served with disposable plates and utensils. Toss out into either recycle or compost bins.

Nopalito’s is our favorite place! It’s got a nice fast casual atmosphere and is owned by awesome, friendly people. After they closed to move to the 29th street mall we spent a year looking for a better breakfast burrito and failed. You can’t go wrong with the food choices here.

I have been (impatiently) awaiting the reopening of Nopalito’s since they closed for the big relocation to 29th Street and am so excited they’re open again! My partner and I ordered delivery for the grand reopening and ran into a hiccup when the third-party delivery service didn’t show up, but the incredible team and owner of Nopalito’s went above and beyond and personally delivered our order even though it was not their fault the third-party service didn’t make it happen.

Boulder is a small place and it’s rare to find good, consistent food - much less good, consistent service - and I am so glad Nopalito’s is finally reopened, in an even better location, with the same fantastic food and unparalleled service. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone (and definitely try the flautas - they are my favorite thing on the menu and the best flautas I’ve found in Boulder!).

Great food (in a completely different league than Chipotle)! Super friendly people, and a full bar. What's not to like? I live close by and have told dozens of friends about Nopalito's, and all of them rave about the food and the outdoor patio too!

I came to Nopalito's for the first time for lunch today, and I have to say I was so impressed. The food was delicious and fresh, I think this is my new go to Mexican spot. Try this place out.
