The sales person was knowledgeable courteous and kind. He was not pushing at all. Allowing me to select the bedding setup that I desired based on my needs and his expertise. I definitely recommend this store for anyone looking to get a bed that will provide better comfort and sleep. I was allowed to try numerous different setups. When I found the two mattresses that I felt most comfortable with, he explained the difference in the structure and the price. My experience there was a well informed one. I found no deviation from my own research and the price was exactly what I expected to pay.

We shopped at the Pittsburgh Mills location because we live roughly a mile and a half from there. We were greeted by both employees with big smiles as soon as we walked in this morning. Roger was the salesperson who introduced himself to us and we began to discuss what we were looking for. He asked if we had completed a mattress match questionnaire online. I said that we had and we’re matched up with several types of mattresses. And we would like to know more about each one that was suggested as a match for us. Roger began by asking more questions about our personal “needs”, likes and dislikes with our current mattress and just general questions to really get a feel for what we were looking for. We never felt pressure to make a quick decision or purchase this morning. We tested five mattresses from the “Rolls Royce” of mattresses to the lower end of pricing. Again, we did not feel pressured to make our decision. Roger listened to our comments of each mattress and continued to give us excellent information and answered every question that we had. Finally, we made the decision to purchase. Roger processed our sale and fully explained the terms and conditions of the sale. We scheduled a delivery date and left feeling fully grateful that Mattress Firm was our first stop this morning. We left the house agreeing that we would go to three places. Roger was “our guy” and we both knew that we did not need to look any further. 100% satisfaction. The best experience we’ve ever had making a substantial purchase. We will HIGHLY recommend Mattress Firm and the Pittsburgh Mills location and “our guy” Roger.

Damien was very helpful and friendly. He was upfront and helped us get exactly what we wanted. I would recommend him to anyone coming in looking for a mattress.

First time buying at mattress firm, great experience top to bottom, nice clean welcoming store with plenty of sample beds, and the salesman Roger, EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable on every bed we tried, he wasn't pushy at all, let us take our time, answered alot of questions from us, set up my delivery, extremely smooth all around transaction...

Roger was fantastic. He gave ample time to try multiple matresses and explained the characteristics of each. He didn't push us toward any particular brand or model. Will definitely recommend.

The salesperson, Bernard, was very helpful in explaining the differences and helping us to make a choice. But the delivery team HDI was horrible. They damaged my house and yet to fix or acknowledge from their corporate office. They have the person that delivered contacting me and nothing has happened. They need to get a new delivery partner. Unfortunately it’s a whole - buying and delivering.

My son called and asked if they had a certain mattress and they did, so my son and I went to the store and were politely greeted by Luis, he knew what were looking for, a bed in a box and he let me try it out and it was what I needed, so it was also on sale so that was even better, I got a really great price and we left very pleased and happy, Luis was very down to earth, he wasn’t pushy and a very kind man, I’d recommend mattress firm for future purchases

Their sleep expert Derrick was completely helpful from the start. He let us try out different options and wasn't pushy on anything. We spent more than we planned but I'm looking forward to having a good night sleep without the back pain. I would recommend this place to everyone. I actually did soon as I left to my step son lol.

I visited this store towards the end of last month. Marie helped me out and im glad she did because I had no idea what I was looking for. Very friendly, not pushy at all to just make a sale.
She helped me find a mattress that I was comfortable in and was patient as i tried to make up my mind on what I wanted. Marie made the financing process easy to understand. I received my mattress a couple weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with how comfortable it is. And the delivery was on time and very quick, they didn't stay long at all. I'll be recommending this store to anyone looking for a new bed
