I’m giving Macy’s five stars for trying to stay open at a desolate mall. The store was well stocked but it was a ghost town inside. So sad.

Elizabeth, who worked in the jewelery department, was a great listener, knowledgeable, and actually assisted me to find the perfect necklace to wear with a dress. It's so unusual to get this kind of service. Thank you so much Elizabeth!

Shout out to Elizabeth Thimons for having amazing customer service, she was very informative on deals as well. In a world where you can’t find help when walking into a store or their rude, I was impressed to have been greeted quickly and by her knowledge on the products.

Macy’s stores are a absolute treasure. This Macy’s location is very clean and spacious. The Toys R Us set ups located both on the first and second floor are a very nice touch. Tons of products for both males and females. To all the employees keep up the great work this establishment is very impressive and deserve 10 stars.

Hands down the place to go if you're on the hunt for mens formal wear. They had so many more options then kohl's walmart, target, and tmax combined. 5 stars for being the only store with Tiebar/Claps and multiple choices to boot.

Jewelry department associates are very helpful; they will let you know how best to benefit from upcoming promotions. Good place to get a watch, wedding ring, or other jewelry!

Good store in general and the best place to get clothes in the immediate area.

Large selection of women's men's clothing...furniture..bedding etc. So nice to be able to shop and see the actual item and try clothing on. Morgan was very helpful in finding me outfit's for my upcoming vacation..I was able to get luggage on sale and all my needs in one place..Go back to shopping in store's while you can...

DID EVERYONE REALIZE THAT IF YOU SHOP MACY'S WITH ANY KNOWLEDGE OF SALES AND OR COUPONS...YOU CAN GET BRAND NEW MERCHANDISE FOR LESS THAN YOUR NEAR BYE SECOND HAND STORE?!? AND IT'S BRAND NEW! This store is GORGEOUS. The Merchandising is done very well. Ppl need to start buying in store instead of just RETURNING all their online purchases there. Many ppl don't realize that every time you buy on line&return in a store, your taking the goal for that in particular store DOWN. It DOESN'T come off the "online stores goal"...your killing off your local store every time you bring a return in that got sent to your home. That goes for 99%of stores. That is what killed Victoria secret, best buy, new yorky company, Justice, &the list goes on. I will never understand the fascination w/shopping on the toilet for example. "Retail therapy" is very good for your mental state&the stores you love but want to remain OPEN. Many times the store even offers "free returns if sent thru the mail"& it is as simple as throwing a huge sticker on the box&dropping it off at staples (for ups) or Walgreen's (for FedEx). Then your not killing the stores you love. Everyone complains that all the stores closed around you...but almost every person that said that very compliant, partook in the closing of their favorite stores dying. So think next time you bring an online purchase to a store just to make a return...your taking their goal away for the business of that particular location away with every dollar you return...just bc you dont want to mail it back...and the mailman, FedEx, &ups ppl do all the leg work for that...its not even you. Start buying at these locations before we have nothing. It would be a very sad world with no Macy's. That store has held famous parades yearly & had fabulous products to make us fashionable for decades.

There's barely anybody shopping here which is kinda nice because it's quiet.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize an employee at your Pittsburgh Mills location in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. sadly I forgot to do the survey for her when I received it and it is now too late however I think leaving this for the public to see is the best thing that I can do and hopefully your organization will pass this along to you and your leadership. On February 25 of 2022 I came to the store looking for a coat that I had been working to find for a very long time. The Clinique counter manager: Bleu Cullin spent at least an hour and a half with me trying to help me locate the right size for the coat that I was interested in, after we looked through the entire store we could not locate the size that the computer was saying was in stock. But she did not give up and did not surrender to the system she said let’s take a look at some other stores and see what we can find. After taking a look at the computer she found that there was a size located at another store but company policy wouldn’t allow them to hold it unless they had a Macy’s charge card, unfortunately I did not have a charge card through Macy’s at that moment but I told her because of how much she worked to find me the right size and went above and beyond to work with not only the other store but the credit card company as well that I would make sure that she got the credit for the sale along with the credit for opening a charge. Having worked in the same industry as her myself I understood the importance of making sure that those numbers reflected. She however was more concerned with getting me what I needed and that shows me that she he’s probably more dedicated than I was when I was in the retail industry and it showed me that there are people that care about their jobs in the world and the people that they help. We also celebrated a little because it was her birthday and I thought that was probably the best gift that she ever got was a little bit of a Sinatra by Marilyn Monroe. Thank you again Bleu for all of your hard work and effort hopefully your leadership forwards this to you. Keep dancing regards Will.

They were super awesome to let us browse in peace. My daughter and her friend loved looking at the high heels (though I really think it was more My Little Girl than anyone else). The Personnel did not haggle us or overwhelm us with unwanted perfumes or bargains or deals. It pretty much felt like they didn't want to be there as much as I. So thank you, thank you very much. Twas a wonderful experience!

They were having a wonderful sale, friends and family. Despite being extremely busy, the clerk helped find a special dress I was looking for. She helped my mom with her returns and find the correct size she needed for Christmas presents.

I love shopping the clearance rack at Macy's.. You get name brand clothes for up to 80% off.. Most of the time they're outta season, but then you have something new for when that season comes and you save lots of money!! The employees here have always been very friendly, kind, and helpful and this keepsake me coming back.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was looking for a specific jacket that is off season and she took extra time to go into the back and find me one that they just had pulled from the floor. Thanks for the extra effort I got my coat today without having to wait for delivery/pay shipping from ordering online. Not to mention it was on sale woo hoo

The new feel is great for the store. Thank you for being around. Quality items. Clean store along with well trained staff. Sales are great too.

Tonight after Thanksgiving Dinner I went shopping, this was my first thanksgiving off in 14 years( I’m a nurse). Everyone at Macy’s was very pleasant, especially Don in the Men’s department, he helped me look for 18- 18 1/2 36-37 & when we didn’t find any he helped me order a dress shirt on line. Also he helped me find a matching shirt for sleepy pants. All with a smile on his face.

The employees there were so helpful. I wanted one specific item. They helped me find it! They were very nice.

Amazing holiday deals right now, and service as timely as could be expected with such staffing shortages. Staff was infinitely patient with me and others, and really hustled to do their best by us.
