I had been to other ERs for the same concern and this ER not only took care of me but solved my medical issue. The staff who cared for me on July 2nd deserve recognition.... the person at the front desk was polite even after I had to ask her to repeat herself four times.... the man who did my triage listened to ALL of my symptoms and concerns and prioritized my health.... the doctors listened to all of my questions and concerns even if they were annoying (I was annoying at times)... lastly and most importantly the nurse Steven made me feel safe (I have a fear of hospitals), cared about when I was in my worst pain, and got me the care I needed as soon as possible. I did not get my frozen cheeseburger though haha. I know there are many more staff in the ER but these people went above and beyond for myself even when I am sure they are under staffed and overworked. Thank you staff! I highly recommend this ER!

I went to this emergency room for the first time for a suconjunctival hemorrhage due to blood-thinning medication (pretty scary---looks like you have been shot in the eye). The facility is spacious, new, and clean. The wait time was very low (early Friday afternoon). The staff and physician were all sensible, efficient, careful, and very polite.

I went to the ER last night after a minor car crash. They brought me back almost immediately, and everyone I saw was incredibly nice. Exceptional bedside manner and didn't make me feel silly for coming in even though I want bleeding out.

The nurses in delivery were exceptional! They were kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and seemed to truly care. I stand by this for both deliveries!

Always, always a good experience here. The staff has good bedside manner and never make you feel dumb for coming in. Dr. Doran was amazing.

Loved everything about the place the only downfall was the Seasons OBGYN. They seemed on edge or something. It was always the nurses. Only complaint tho.

Ambulance service - People brought me upto the Triage area and moved me on the bed. I was expecting ambulance helpers or ER nurse to cover me up with bedsheets like I was covered in the ambulance earlier but no one did.
After I was moved in the room, nurse attended me after 10 mins. Although changing dress and bedsheet was already left for the patient on the bed, but when a patient comes in an ambulance, help is mandatory!
During discharge, I felt like cold behavior. Nurse freed me up of IV and all the monitoring electronic cables, explained me the documented procedures, medications and steps for future similar emergencies. However, when I was ready to leave, there was no one on the reception to answer my questions. Maybe this was all due to night time like 3-4AM but still, experience could have been better with people.
