The worst customer service ever. I changed my banking information but they charged the wrong account. I changed it again the next month and, again, they charged the wrong account. Third time a charm? No. They charged the wrong account again. Ended up paying for bank overdraft charges for 3 months. Finally I had enough and went with a competitor. I told their customer service by phone that I was taking my business elsewhere, but they continued to bill me (the old bank account closed). I sent them proof that I had taken policies with a competitor, but their response was to send me to a collections agency. Do not do business with this company. You will not be happy with their service. This lousy review was my only recourse left.

Someone stole my bank card info so my bank canceled my card and I forgot to call and update them I missed the policy due date by 4 hours and called to explain and they were like we cannot reinstate you all we can do is allow you to make a payment . I am not paying you to uninsure me, and I. Not paying you to be the worst insurance company I have ever had.....and obviously I see a lot of customers agree on Google rating. I will be sure to check the ratings before I choose the next insurance. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are the worst company I have ever delt with

I wish I could rate no stars. They literally lied to us about Right Track, and used it to raise our rate after 90 days of stalking us. And were going to raise our rate when a garbage truck backed into my parked car that I wasn’t even in. Customer service is dead, we all know that, but this guy just asked me if I’d like him to remove right track so our rate could go up even more. Already terminating and only began service with them in January.

This is a terrible company to deal with. I cancelled my policy in December. And every month they bill me for something else they say I owe. It doesn’t make sense. They are the worst vompany

I was quoted a price of $195/mo for full coverage on a new vehicle and liability on another. 3 months later with no change in policy or driving record the price changed to $215/mo. Then on the 2year mark of having liberty mutual my price changes again. No policy change no driving record change and both vehicle's values have gone down but not the insurance price. Now they want $283/mo! Liberty biberty what a joke of a company! Same vehicles with full tort and lower deductibles my price with "jake" is $150/mo

They are no longer there and nobody in the building knows where they are
