I go here regularly to have my shoes repaired. It’s a bit “old school” and looks like it’s a throwback from the 70’s but I’ve always been happy with my service. It’s inexpensive and the work is good. The hours are a bit inconvenient (not open on Sundays and closes at 4 on Saturday).

Old time shoe shops are becoming a rarity in this day and age. Very lucky to have Otto's near by for repair. Outstanding craftsmanship and knowledge along with very friendly customer service. I highly recommend a visit the next time you're passing by.

Definitely is old school.My wife went in to get her shoes repaired and the place was closed during business hours. Once the shoes were dropped off, he was given an extra week to repair the shoes and still did not have them ready. We needed the shoes a certain day and told us that he would be at his shop for pickup and to no surprise he was gone; store was closed! Nothing was his fault and did not offer to accommodate for the inconvenience we went through. And to make the story even better; we finally got her shoes and they broke once she put them on.

Bought pair of K swiss off this guy played $50 dollar's . 2 days later the heels blew out stuff leaked all over my socks....won't take care of it. What a horrible business. I give them a - 10 stars.

Make sure you read the sign that says all sales final. No returns. Will not take back shoes I bought and never wore. Than ran into son and harassed me in another store. Will not go back again.

Do not ever go to the shoe store aside from the fact that the man is not even a little bit accommodating he had my bag for 3 days and did not repair it he knew I had a flight to catch and I had to have the bag repaired I went to pick it up and it remained untouched do not under any circumstances ever go to this horrible business
