Mike takes the time to know me & my family and recommends insurance coverage that has our best interests in mind. His product knowledge is top notch & I especially appreciate the ability to sit down face to face & review my policies. I also want to applaud the customer service provided. Renee always responds promptly to answer any question I have. With the combination of expertise & customer care, I feel confident that I'm getting the best coverage & value possible.

On additional follow-up questions, he was extremely responsive. Hopefully insurance is something you never need to use but it is nice to know that he will be there if you need him. I started with Feeney Agency for Rental insurance when I moved to that area a couple decades ago. They have always been so good to me over the years I have stayed with them through 2 home purchases in two areas in other parts of Pittsburgh. Mike is always quick to get answers and Renee is awesome. She called a couple years ago to upgrade my bundle for a very small annual upcharge and it saved me about $15k this year when our outside sewer lines had to all be replaced. Can't recommend more!
