The people that work at this location have to be the most efficient individuals at their job that I have ever met I have never spent more than 3 minutes in the store if you ever have to return something to Amazon this is the place to go they are fast to the point and courteous I appreciate anyone who knows how to do their job with such skill as they do

Have only ever had great experiences here. Busy place but the folks working are super kind and efficient. I twice I’ve used the notary services (made an appt online first) and it’s been so smooth. Much less stressful than other locations in and around the city!

I don’t normally equate visits to a package mailing facility as a “great experience,” but I really enjoyed the efficiency and friendliness of this store. Their associate Tom helped me and did a fantastic job. Tom knows his stuff and navigated us through the process seamlessly and with good humor. Went here to ship a package and have a document notarized. Great service. Gentleman who did notary was pleasant and quick. I'd go here again if I have any shipping needs. Probably the most pleasant UPS workers I've come across in Pittsburgh.

Returning my Amazon package at UPS store in Fox Chapel was easiest thing I have done all season. Young man grabbed my large package at door and I was in and out in minutes. Great store!!

The service at this store is above and beyond. My experiences have been specifically with their employee Diane. She is consistently kind and helpful and even came out to help me bring in all my packages!
