Talk about a very good way to receive your medication. My wife and I both get our meds filled through here and always on time and up to date. Our representative (Kim) is the best!! She stays in contact with us every month and has for a very long time.

CCN goes above and beyond in all their services. I have been working with them for a few years now and really appreciated how well they take care of their patients, and address any issues that may arise, immediately.

Deeply disappointing all around. Especially as it’s my understanding that they’re meant to be available to support folks who might have difficulty accessing a traditional pharmacy.

They make every step of the process more difficult. Routinely lose email replies— leading to missed meds, often ignore questions within e-mails, send emails to incorrect addresses, and as of late also messed up my billing— saying owed money they had no actual record of me own —and another part of which was the result of a representative failing to process payments I had authorized.

For all they may offer in some ease of access know that you’ll have to fight and fear missing your medicine every step of the way and that very little help will be offered in response.

I wouldn't give one star I don't know what's happening but for years my representative was Marsha she was the BEST I got my meds in time all of them, for the past months I have had nothing but trouble I have been missing my one pyciatric meds so I can get them to deliver and they said it's my fault is this what I have to deal with? I am so sick, and this medicine I am not to go without, with out Dr approval all my fault like I wanted to feel like this,

My initial experience was great! I was assigned a person (Jasmine) who was very caring and personable. I was a little miffed that automatic refills aren’t a thing, but whatever. A couple weeks later, I got an email saying that Jasmine was no longer with the pharmacy and did I need any medications? It has been a bit over a month since then and I have been volleyed down to at least 4 different people, none of whom apparently talk to each other (aka not at all coordinated?) and most of whom don’t answer their emails for weeks at a time. It’s a great pharmacy if you don’t want to get your medications or if you want multiple people asking you if you want a refill, and when you say yes, they just don’t refill it and then ghost you. It’s bizarre. I have literally never used a pharmacy as bad as this one. I wasn’t aware such a thing was possible. If zero stars was an option, I would choose that.

I have a family member who had been receiving medications from this pharmacy an recently they had switched providers an well because they were off service until the new provider prescribed medications they unenrolled them an while we tried to start services again for them… the person we spoke to said they were never a patient an refused service stating they had been removed from having medications filled through their pharmacy sort of like a blacklisting… I have contacted local news about this stating that their medications were only able to been filled if they were on contract with a clinic… which made absolutely no sense… the purpose of this pharmacy is to provide pharmaceuticals to certain diagnosises. How could anyone refuse an blacklist a client for not being apart of a clinic when they had services prior to for over 10 years????

Unscrupulous business tactics confusing patients and convincing them they "require" mail order. Magically obtaining prescriptions when doctor offices have no record of authorizing them to fill. Everything that is wrong with modern day pharmacy distilled into a single company based out of Pittsburgh. Beware of any calls from this predatory company banking on misinformation and deception to profit off those less informed.

Been waiting on my meds to be delivered for about a week now, keep getting the run around, tired of it, first time I've had a problem and will be the last
