Lincoln Pharmacy

Being in the same space as the historic Lincoln P&G diner, and being a historic establishment in its own right, certainly helps this pharmacy feel homey. But what really makes this my favorite pharmacy are the pharmacists. They learned my family members’ names and needs immediately, are very friendly and helpful.

What more can I say about The Ladies of Lincoln Pharmacy other than they are the most excellent, knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff that I've ever been fortunate enough to have served me? I've lived in Millvale for most of my life but many other areas as well, I now live in Washington County but will never change my loyalty to them even though I have to travel the extra miles, yes, they're that good!

My company provides supportive housing for clients with many complex medical needs, and Laura, Richelle and everybody else at Lincoln provides unmatched service on an (almost) daily basis. Any questions or concerns are answered with compassion and kindness that pharmacies like Giant Eagle can’t provide. The medications are also delivered by wonderful, personable staff members.
Some days, we simply can’t thank them enough!

In my experience with Lincoln Pharmacy's delivery drivers up to the Pharmacist and Pharmacy technicians, has and remains first rate. My family and I have enjoyed their services and understanding. They all do their best to give informed, speedy, reliable, friendly service. Whether you come in to buy novelties, lottery, OTC or prescription meds, they stay on task and keep the line moving, unlike the large Pharmacy chairs.

Seriously use this pharmacy! I recently started helping care for my elderly aunt. This is her pharmacy, so I began picking up her Rx's here. The staff at this pharmacy are so nice and helpful, and treat you like you're more than just a number. And I have to say, their Covid-19 precautions are top notch! Was very happy about this as my aunt is high-risk. They literally have you stand back and wait as they wipe the counter between customers, and they are behind a plexi-glass window wearing a mask as well. The front door is also propped open so you don't have to touch it. Little things but they do matter right now.
My aunt called the pharmacy for some clarification this evening after I delivered her Rx's. A real person picked up right away, no phone system to fight through. After my aunt identified herself, I just loved how the woman at Lincoln's said, "Oh, hello (Aunt's name)! What can I help you with today?" In a very happy tone, and she instantly knew who my aunt was. You really get personalized service here. I really love the staff. And they are on-point with their sanitizing and safety.

It's Well-Worth Driving An Extra Few Minutes From The City To Get There Too! CVS's lines are SO Long & Slow...it's actually FASTER for me to drive to & from Millvale than it is to Wait In Line at the CVS only to receive Poor Service & Be Hassled by a pharmacist who actually REFUSED to fill meds prescribed by a certain doctor!

Lincoln Pharmacy is an old pharmacy that still has their ice cream counter! They also have a Pamela's diner in the building! This Pamela's is my favorite, best prices and the most food! I highly recommend Lincoln Pharmacy-Pamela's Millvale for breakfast or lunch!

I've been more than pleased with the people, the atmosphere, the prices and the over-all friendly and professional way they operate. The pharmacy actually answers the phone! They are ready to help with anything you ask! I look forward to my visits to Millvale and Lincoln Pharmacy!.

Been going here since I was a kid, the diner is now Pamelas, and the pharmacists are very friendly. When you walk in its like going through a time machine. I love this place.
