I have two outlets in the kitchen which were not functioning. I called Vince and he talked me through resetting my ground fault which made the two non-functioning outlets work once again.
I had a second problem with the circuit breaker in my 10 year old home. He talked me through and corrected the problem by replugging the circuit breaker in over the phone.
Both problems or south in about 15 minutes of him talk to me through what to do.

Vince is very knowledgeable and very professional and very patient with this senior citizen(me).
