The Burgh Pharmacy

I have used The Burgh Pharmacy before and am always impressed. Today I spoke with K and she went above and beyond, making several calls, helping me get my medicine at a much lower cost from a different pharmacy. This pharmacy does not need a big parking lot because they are really fast and great at shipping! Awesome service, K!

I fill all of my scripts here.This place is amazing they are always on top of my refills and new scripts and always deliver them very fast. The girls on the phone are the sweetest ever. I love the birth I would never go to another pharmacy!

Cant express how positive of an experience this was comparatively speaking to the old pharmacy we were forced to use. Responsive (dont have to sit on hold for hours)....Kayla in particular was AWESOME. I only wish there were more places run like this!

I've ordered from this place a few times and everytime I order something I get amazing service. The ladies on the phones are the most pleasant people I've ever encountered in a pharmacy. As for price on my medications I ended up leaving my local cvs and getting all my drugs here because not only do they have the best prices but they have fast free delivery! Amazing place and highly recommended if I could give 10 stars I would!!

7.20.2022 Just had the greatest customer service from a pharmacy employee ever! Kayla went above and beyond, she verified a variety of things and then called me back and confirmd a script that is much needed was going to go out in the mail today. She did not have to call me back or go the extra mile to confirm my script; she did, and was polite and professional. Thank you so very much for taking the extra time as it is much appreciated!. I hope your employer knows what a valuable employee you are to the Burg Pharmacy. 5 stars!!!!

I love Burgh Pharmacy! I’m so happy my dermatologist started sending my prescriptions here a few years ago. Dealing with them is a BREEZE. Every time I call for questions or to refill a prescription, I’m greeted by a friendly, helpful associate. I also choose to have my prescriptions delivered, and they come the NEXT day. Anyone who deals with acne knows how dire it is to get your medication quickly! Thank you for being so awesome Burgh Pharmacy!

The easiest and most reliable way to get a prescription filled! Also the most affordable! Received my prescription by mail the next day for half the price I was quoted at another pharmacy.

Excellent customer service. Staff is diligent in following up with prescription orders and timely delivery. We had an issue getting a prescription, and the owner went above and beyond to personally make sure my daughter received her prescription as needed. She was amazing. Their prices on this prescription were half the cost of my local pharmacy as well. Great price , great service!!!! Highly recommend!!!

The Burgh Pharmacy was recommended by my dermatologist. I was informed that they have good prices & that I could have my prescriptions delivered at no additional cost. The man that I spoke with over the phone about everything was very helpful, friendly & informative. From the experience that I have had with this pharmacy, I would highly recommended it!

Fast and friendly service, filled my prescription in less than an hour when two other chain pharmacies were telling me it would be up to 3 days.

My doctor placed a script with them, they called me to let me know, and I received the next day. They gave me the price over the phone, medicine arrived well boxed and protected.

I didn’t have the best first impression of them because of a few quirks with my son’s prescription delivery. However they went above and beyond to make it right. I couldn’t appreciate it more and am thankful they came through. Helpful staff and pharmacist. Thank you so much.
