Recently switched the whole family over to Cricket. Marquis was fantastic! He was a pleasure to talk to, very knowledgeable about the options available, didn’t pressure us to make a decision that day, and he set us up a time to come in when we were ready. Cricket was giving me such a hard time even tho I paid my bill they just wanted more money out of me. But the gm Marcus is amazing and went above and beyond to resolve the issues and to bring the right ppl in to the matter.if it wasn't for Marcus I would have left cricket to be honest give that man a raise plus some benefits. I went in to get my fiance and his mom on the same plan and we we're lucky enough to be waited on by the store manager Tyeshane . He was absolutely wonderful!! He was so patient with us and even though the former phone company mess things up severely! He was extremely helpful. He dealt with the "other company" for 2 hours just to help. This is the 3rd time he has waited in me and I will definitely go back! 😊

They're a little short staffed in here. But two guys that were working were really working hard. And they never lost composure, very professional and knowledgeable. They really wanted to get people in and out even though there were problems presented by every client.
