My car broke down 150 miles from home. They fixed it as quickly as possible and kept it for me 'til I could get back to get it. The work was fine and reasonably priced. When they quoted the job they quoted it high. Rather than stick with the quote as they easily could have, they told me of the misquote over the phone and saved me nearly $100. Honesty, timeliness and good work at a fair price, that can't be beat.

When in to report that the air machine was not working the tenant was quite aloof and stated that it was out of order. There was no sign on the air machine at all perhaps in the interests of good customer service you would place a sign on the machine that States that it is not functioning or it is that of order
