It is a wonderful service if you can afford it. Still, most tailors will charge over $1,000 or about double for their services in which I assume the product is made here instead of Hong Kong. I think that there is no quality lost from doing this and the amount they let you customize the suit is ridiculously good. Moe and his father are welcoming owners and provide a lot of options. There's also a discount for larger orders and possibly appears to be a discount for more expensive suits ( made of more expensive fabrics). Yes, they are expensive, but I don't feel that I'm getting ripped off because if I don't feel comfortable paying a certain amount I don't buy the product. They can lower the price or offer a package deal for multiple items and at least I'm happy. That's just my opinion. Most of all the suits and shirts fit like a glove.

I was referred here for measurements for a custom suit I need for a wedding I am attending. Right away, the guy working there’s attitude wasn’t great. I told him what I was there for and he replied “I sell custom suits, we don’t just do measurements”. It was abrupt and rude. Little did he know, I was possibly looking to have a suit made locally rather than ordering it online. I had never been to this place, so I didn’t lead with that, figuring I would feel the place out first. First impressions mean a lot. I can understand if you don’t want to do measurements for people to take elsewhere, but you never know what basic customer service will get you if you treat people with respect. There was a better way to say what you said and you may have gained a lifelong customer, but I won’t be returning here. I can also see from other reviews that this is a pattern. Do better.

I would absolutely never buy from this place again. I went in December to purchase shirts for my staff for Christmas and I also purchased a few shirts for myself. Mine came in 8 weeks later and was told my staff's shirts were there as well. I paid the balance and received my shirts but not my staff's shirts. I called and talked to the son and he said they were delayed but the week before he told me they were there. This has went on for 8 months now, he will tell my staff when they call that he has them there but never produces them. So basically they took my money and never gave me complete order. I buy a lot of custom clothes and have never had an experience like this. I would carefully reconsider before spending money in this establishment!

Started on a good note. When I changed shoes for a cheaper price they switched price tags. Never have I experienced such debocory. Thats not all, I was then insulted about where I received my education. (The Gheto), as the owner so disrespectfully put it. Never would I step foot in this establishment.

Guy named Moe is one of the owners. One big liar. He'll figure out a way to charge more than promised or screw up your suit.
