Went here in a Saturday. Had 4 boys ages 2.5-7yrs old. They all enjoyed to ride up and down. The views were beautiful. Children under 6 free. Children above $1.25 one way. Adults $2.50 one way. We were able purchase round trip. They will do exact change.

Mind blowing experience, even though we had to wait for an hour on line, I completely loved my experience. Friendly services and cheap experience. The ride was short but fun. It runs till late night, next time will try the night view. I enjoyed the short walk from Parking and a quick ride.

The man that was running this that night was very friendly, he answered as many questions as possible since the girls were full of them for once. We noticed a garbage bag in the corner of the walking bridge and they thought it was bats and he explained they put it there to deter bats 🦇. We really enjoyed the nights view. It would be cool to do it again in the day time! It is very very affordable, I recommend putting this on your list of things to do while in Pittsburgh.

Fun, affordable way to view the Pittsburgh skyline and participate in local history. You can view the pulley system to see how the incline operates. The cart itself was very hot in the summer heat but bearable during such a short ride. Make sure you use the bathroom before you go since the only public restroom is a single, neglected porta-John.

A must see when you visit Pittsburgh. Make sure to have cash $5.00 for round trip or $2.50 one way. Loved the history of the inclines.

Great way to get to the top of Mt Washington. The incline has been a way of transportation since the early 1900. It’s on an old pulley system. The pictures you can get of the city are amazing as you go up the mountain. Kids and adults love it. It cost about $3.50 round trip per person. Well worth the small cost. It’s a must to do.

🙅🏿‍♂Dope!!! It's a pay to park spot right at three river junction. The stadium to your left, downtown to your right. Walking/bike/eskate path up to the bridge for downtown or stay on this side and take historic path along the river. If you're looking for a cool boondocking/rv/vanlife spot to chill while in Pittsburgh, this is it. Well lit, not a lot of traffic and right on the river.

A good place to enjoy to view for the city of steel. Very save for kids with their families
And don’t forget to look using the telescope placed up and off course use your penny to get elongated penny from coin machine

Duquesne Incline is by far one of the most unique trams I've ever been on or seen here in the United States. This was definitely a place worth while to visit on our visit to Pittsburgh. Such an incredible breathtaking view of the citys skyline and it's incredible bridges. And for $2.50 each way , how can one go wrong? Will certainly be back again.

You go up! Look around. And then, you go down. A very cool piece of history preserved by the local community.
