I had Rachel and she was amazing! It felt very friendly and relaxed. Can easily be yourself. She’s understanding of dental anxiety and offers great advice for taking care of your teeth. So thankful to have come in when I did after 3 years. Didn’t feel judged at all.

Today was my first appointment as a new patient after an unpleasant number of experiences with a different company. This visit was a very positive change. Everyone from front desk to dentist and in between were all super kind and comforting. In and out quickly - facility is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend. And can’t beat that view! 😉

I had my first routine appointment at Polished’s downtown location today, and I’ve truly never felt more comfortable during a routine cleaning in my life. Michaela was very understanding when I arrived a few minutes late, Rachel did a great job at talking me through the process and was very thorough, and Dr. Rigatti was very knowledgeable in options for getting my cavity filled and teeth straightening. The downtown office was Above and beyond our expectations! My daughters, my husband and myself all had a great experience!!! The entire staff and Dentist were professional and super cool! We’re still talking about it and that never happens with the dentist lol Thanks so much Polished Dental

Very professional, knowledgeable, tells exactly what issues are regardless of if they are pleasing or not. And listens to the patient to make sure everything is perfectly clear about plan of treatment and given options and alternatives on how treatment can be delivered.

Dr. Troupe is a perfectionist. He is so particular that, when he felt a crown was not made for me according to his specifications, he had the lab remake it three times. His staff, especially Ashley, reflects that perfectionism as well. Dr. Troupe also has a great “chair side” manner. I am very glad that he is the dentist who replaced my previous dentist upon retirement, and feel that I am in great hands for all of my dental care needs.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Michalea is so friendly and helpful, Rachel is a very gentle, knowledgeable and pleasant dental professional and Dr. Rigatti is fantastic! Very thorough, great bedside manner and provided a comprehensive plan for my dental care. Both necessary and cosmetic. He even offered to call my periodontist to consult on an issue. By far the best dental experience in my life. Been going here for about 2 years and every time I go everyone is always so kind. Unfortunately I can’t remember the hygienist’s name but every time I’ve been they’ve been awesome! They really care about your comfort and take the time to explain things to you. Dr. Rigatti is attentive and it seems like he truly cares. I recommend Polished Dental to everyone I know!

I was experiencing a lot of pain in my mouth, and from the beginning when I first called to see if they could squeeze me in; to when I left out with the plan to alleviate the pain and get my teeth back on the right track has been nothing but pleasant. It was such a relief to find a dentist office that was super nice, nonjudgmental and truly wanted to help. I look forward to getting back on track and so happy that I stumbled upon them.

The hygienist Rachel was absolutely awesome and so friendly and knowledgeable! Both my boyfriend and I loved her. Might I add, she also has an amazing skill for understanding her patients while they have their mouth full lol. Very friendly, clean, and efficient place.

Went for a cleaning today; Junlee, the hygienist, was not only skilled using state-of-the art equipment, she was also very concerned with my comfort. She was fun to talk with as well. I also met with the dentist, Dr. Troup. He took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. All staff were very friendly and felt I was in very skillful, kind hands

I’ve been going to the downtown location for years. Today was my visit with Dr. Rigatti and Junlee. While new to me, they didn’t skip a beat from the excellent service I’ve come to know with Dr. Troupe. Junlee did a remarkable job cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough while moving along at a steady pace so I could get back to work. Despite this being my first visit with Dr. Rigatti, he jumped right in and made me feel like I’ve been going to him for years. You can’t go wrong with any of the professionals at Polished Dental. I highly recommended them for anyone’s dental needs.

Friendly, and gentle with my gums. After a long distance move I was over due for finding a new dentist and getting a routine cleaning, and they did a fantastic job.
