Extremely accommodating. I had a flat tire and they were able to fit me in same day. I will mention they don't actually sell tires so I had to buy one and take it there.

If you’re looking for a good place to take your car and get reasonable pricing from honest guys, this is the place to go. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve always found them to be consistent. They’ve got three mechanics and they’ve been there for a very long time showing stability. Occasionally when traveling, we have to go to a different shop or worse yet a dealer and then we find out how much we appreciate these guys.

I asked them if they had time to look over a used car for me before I purchased as they were close to the car dealership. Despite being busy, they worked me into their schedule and gave the car a very in-depth inspection. They went into detail and were patient with my questions. This made me very comfortable and happy with my car purchase!

Nicest people around by FAR. I was having problems closing the hood of my car since I just found out the latch broke. It wasn't even a problem that they were about to close when I called and went in. They helped me close it up and showed me exactly what happened. You don't find many caring car shops anymore. They deserve the business, and we as consumers deserve their professionalism.

Being new to the area I was looking for a mechanic. Herb Scott was referred to me by a friend. The inspection process from NY to PA went easy and I quickly developed a sense of trust with them.
Fast forward 6 months and a vehicle (2011 Mercedes Benz ML350) of mine needed tires. The vehicle (purchased used) came with a set of 4 new tires. I asked Deek if mounting them was something he could help me with. Again the answer was “sure”. While changing the tires a misfortune happened that resulted in a scratch to the wheel. Now in NY they would say “you brought it in that way.” Not Herb Scott – Deek not only called and told me what happened but he got a new wheel and remounted the tire at my convenience!
Being a business owner I believe wholeheartedly in giving service beyond what is expected. My experience with Deek and Herb Scott Automotive is exactly that… Beyond what was expected.

ABSOLUTELY THE ONLY PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR. I've been taking my vehicles here for years. Very reasonable pricing, they don't just fix stuff just to make a buck, they actually seem to care.
